    Entered the *** program in March 2024. Made monthly deposits of $587.00 per month- last deposit made on 8/18/2024. Opted out of the program on 8/19/2024. Received a termination letter within minutes and was disabled from my account- so I could not review payments/fees,etc. Was advised in termination letter that I would receive a refund for monies that were still in deposit account. Have request, but not been provided wit, a formal and detailed accounting of fees expended, etc. My account balance on 8/1/2024 was $218. Plus my monthly deposit of $587 on 8/18/2024. Total in account was $805. I believe one settled account was paid for $238.39 on 8/17. And I know a settlement fee was previously taken. I called *** on 8/30/2024 and was advised my account balance was 0. I believe *** took fees, etc. after 8/19- which was prohibited by their agreement and termination procedure. I believe I am owed between $250 and $300- but I have not been provided with an accounting. I believe their practices are fraudulent and deceptive- and have defrauded me out of monies to be refunded.

    It has been almost a month and none of my 3 bills been paid but **** wanted tot take money out of my account already. Now I am way behind on all my stuff. Thought this was suppose to help me?! It definitely is not and I find it ridiculous to take money from me and yall not pay anything you said you was going too. Any other debt relief I have went thru paid right away. Yall have done nothing but cause more stress with debt in my life. I need my money refunded. Yall are frauds.

    I have been receiving phone calls from National Debt Relief since I told one of their representatives I would think about their services. A representative ran a credit report and requested a loan without my consent. After I didn't agree with them they called me at night. Since, 7/31 at 3:38 pm, 8/1 at 11:22 am and 6:02 pm, 8/2 at 4:38 pm, 8/16 at 7:54 pm, 8/27 at 8:10 pm, 8/29 at 8:54 pm. I need to see who is calling me at that time because my job requires on-call duties. Is frustrating to receive calls when you no longer need their services. They already hurt my credit and now they are hurting my sleep time.

    National Debt Relief charged me to negotiate and settle my credit card account with *******************, They took my money and only made a payment. ******************* states no such agreement was made , and *** even collected their fee for services. THe account is still open and now past due causing credit hardships. *** put me on hold for over 20 minutes refusing to give me a supervisor. I want the account properly closed or my money refunded for their fraudulent fee.

    I enrolled in their program on June 22, 2023, with a credit score of about 725 and was told on a recorded line (which I have requested a copy of the transcript several times and never received) that if I enrolled in their program, in two years I would be debt free. I was also told that my monthly payments to NDR would be $739.00 and they would distribute the funds to the creditors. I was instructed to stop making payments to my creditors. 9 months later I continued to get calls from my creditors and notices of accounts being "written off" and in collections. I called all my creditors to let them know that I was working with NDR and most of them told me they had never heard from NDR. I sent emails to NDR to inform them what the creditors were saying and NDR denied it. I also gave them contact names and numbers of everyone I spoke to at those companies and no follow-up was done by NDR. On March 1, 2024, sent a letter to the CEO of the company to inform him that most of my creditors have not been contacted but received no response. Eventually NDR called me to let me know that they reached agreements with two more creditors but my monthly payments would increase which the possibility of this happening was never discussed with me! One was increased by $15.00 monthly to start then by $376.64 monthly months later! I was appalled when I saw this new payment agreement/schedule that was promised to this new creditor. I then sent another letter on May 30, 2024 to the CEO expressing my disappointment with his company and demanding a refund of the fees that I paid to them to fix my credit situation, not make it worse and to date I still have not received a response and they continued to charge my bank account each month until I finally placed a "stop pay" on it. I could have simply filed for bankruptcy in 2023 and it would be fully discharged by 2025 but instead, I have write offs and collections on my credit that will be there for 7 years! I demand a refund of the fees!

    Good afternoon. I had surgery with a setback and was unable to check my email. This issue has not been resolved. I am requesting a full refund of all fees that I paid which will never be equal to National Debt Relief ruining my 725 credit score by not doing what they promised to do within a two-year time frame and at a set monthly fee that they quoted me. Once I got them to start contacting my creditors, the monthly fee increased. This was never explained to me. To date, there are still creditors on the list that they never contacted! 

     

    I would like a full refund of all money they received other than what was paid to the creditors even though that was a waste as well because I now have to file for bankruptcy.

    This business is not willing to give me a total refund despite the fact that they have ruined my life and I cannot even rent a place to live! They set an amount for me to pay monthly and kept increasing the amount. They admitted that the possibility of this happening is not in their contract. They did not even contact half of my creditors to let them know that I was working with them, I had to do it! 

    I've been speaking with Kris with NDR via telephone and she told me that they will not give me a full refund.

    Sat on my account to the point that I was receiving collection notices from my creditors selling off my credit and my Lowes account had to be dropped from the program 14 months after it started. I now owe 3 times the amount from when I started the program and they made sure to take all their fees. I asked for the collection companies information and they told me they could not release the information to me.

    i had an agreement , that took ****** out every 2 weeks. I have been unemployed since January. i have called every month to let national debt relief know that i was unable to make payments .Last time i spoke with them they asked me if i could do partial payments . when i told them that would not be possible they also made it clear they would cancel after a certain amount of time without payments continuing . in the last conversation they said and i quote someone will be calling you at some point before August to ask you were still employed . that phone call never happened so i assume they canceled the account . they took ****** out of 8/9/2024 . I called them and they said there no plan to cancel the account through my conversation on 8/9/2024 they did cancel the account but refused to credit the ******.0

    For over 50 days I have been attempting to get pay amounts due to the creditors. I simply need the payoff for the creditors without additional fees and they are unable to provide it. They have provided debt settlement agreements, payments made, payments that are scheduled but are unable to add the amounts of the payments due to get a balance which my financial institution requires.I need payoff amounts for AMEX, Discover and Upgrade.I finally gave the escalation team a cut off of providing the documents to me by 2:30 pm PT on 8/9/24 or I would a complaint.

    As of 8/2/2024i have paid National **** Relief ****** to settle loans I have.I was promised a lower monthly payment which was true in the beginning but as settlement kept getting approve my payments keep going up. My original **** was ****** I have save nothing . I have been lie to and have paid more in settlement fees

    I was working with National Debt Relief. Also, Through the debt relief program, we were using **************************** They were supposed to pay off a creditor of mine, Capital 1. The payoff amount, $1872, was withdrawn from my personal bank account, it was paid to Capital 1. This happened in Dec 2022. Capital 1 confirms the payoff was made, but, then was withdrawn. I never authorized nor was informed of this withdrawal. I just discovered this yesterday 7-31-24. Neither National Debt Relief nor Global Client Solutions will discuss this transaction with me. Global Client Solutions informed me they are sending me a transaction history.

    Our client requested to cancel on 12/7/22 and this was processed on that same date. As a result the final payment on a settlement with ************ which was scheduled for 12/12/22 was not made. NDR does not continue to to send creditor payment once clients cancel the program.
