I have already filed one complaint about this company. On this occasion, I have a recorded conversation between a manager and myself outlining exactly what amounts would be paid to who and when. National Debt contacted me on Tuesday, June 24th, 2025. Stating that they had a settlement with ***********. I already had an agreement with *********** and as outlined in the recorded agreement every cent I was paying was stated where it would go and I was paying the amount to cover everything which is double the amount in the original agreement. As I stated I had an agreement with ***********. The National Debt representative explained that there wasnt money in the account to pay them. When I checked the account money was going out to people or companies that was not agreed upon nor was I contacted about and *********** payments were retracted and the contact broken by national debt. Now, they paid and want more money to renegotiate and again collect fees on settlements. I was forced to accept a settlement with discover that almost doubled the amount I was owed. I have paid *********** and their associates more money than my creditors were paid. All I wanted to do was pay off my credit cards. I doubled my debt by contacting them under the belief they would help me do that for a reasonable fee. Fees have not been reasonable and I feel like I have been extorted and put in the position to pay way more than I owe or can afford. I was honest with this company and have been lied to every step of the way. I have recorded conversations and screen shots proving everything I am saying. I want a refund on all fees associated with credit cards that are more than the 14 percent state and I want released from this company and to pay the remaining credit cards directly. I want all tires with this company severed and them out of my life. The stress caused by their emotional abuse has contributed to hospitalization for high blood pressure.

Subject: Formal Complaint Against National Debt Relief False ************************** Credit Report Access To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to file a formal complaint against National Debt Relief for engaging in deceptive business practices, including false advertising and unauthorized access to my credit report.1. False Advertising National Debt Relief made claims in its advertising that led me to believe I would be eligible for specific debt relief services under clearly outlined terms. These representations were misleading and inaccurate. After providing my personal information and engaging with their representatives, I discovered that the advertised services were either not available to me or came with conditions and costs that were never disclosed upfront. This practice is deceptive and violates consumer protection laws governing truth in advertising.2. Unauthorized Use of Credit Report Without my clear and informed consent, National Debt Relief accessed my credit report. At no point was I informed that a hard or soft inquiry would be performed, and I did not authorize this action in writing or verbally. This is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), which requires explicit consent before accessing a consumers credit report. This unauthorized inquiry may have affected my credit score and constitutes a serious breach of privacy and federal law.?I am requesting the following:A formal investigation into National Debt Reliefs advertising practices and credit reporting procedures.Removal of any unauthorized credit inquiries from my credit report.Penalties or corrective actions as applicable under law.A written response acknowledging receipt of this complaint and details on next steps. Please advise me on any additional documentation needed to support this complaint. I am prepared to cooperate fully with any investigation into these practices.

On the 20th' of May 2025, I, ****** ***** of **** ******************** *** ***** received a second unwanted, unsolicited email from National Debt Relief. When I received the first unwanted, unsolicited email, I responded back to them, that I did not want there services. Basically, I told them to **** ***. I then unsubscribed from there emails, and marked the email as spam. Apparently, that didn't work. I don't know when I received the first email, I just did a purge of old emails before I got this second email. The following are the reasons I am filing this complaint.~ Predatory sales practices _ such as aggressive sales practices: Sent more emails after I told them not to.~ Identity theft _ when someone steals your personal information and uses it without your permission: I never gave my email to them, they stole it by buying it off somebody else who stole it.~ Computer trespass _ knowingly uses, causes to be used, or accesses a computer, computer service, or computer network without authorization: Sending an email to me, knowingly causes accesses to my computer and my network with out my authorized consent!~ Damage to or theft of personal property _ during the provision of sending the email, the business, its employee damaged personal property, and or stole personal property: In sending these unwanted, and unsolicited emails, National Debt Relief, could damage my computer, my network router, and modem, and could steal my personal information.

Charged twice after requesting auto payment to be removed. Caused a late payment with my mortgage and overdrafted my account after auto pay request was confirmed to avoid this. Then payment went through and they did it twice.

I've received DOZENS of unsolicited (to the best of my knowledge) emails from them, have clicked "unsubscribe" every time, have reported them as phishing and junk to my email provider, and have blocked them, but they continue to email me at least a couple of times per day. When I "unsubscribe" if often get a message similar to "page not found" or "can't load page," which is wildly suspect.I've emailed them directly at their ********************************** email address, yet continue to get solicitations.I JUST WANT THEM TO STOP, PURGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS FORM ANY AND ALL OF THEIR RECORDS, and to stop any and all communication to me from them, their subsidiaries, and ***'s.

To Whom It May Concern,I authorized an ACH withdrawal to National Debt Relief for May 27, 2025. However, the company withdrew the funds three days early on May 24, 2025, without my consent. This unauthorized early withdrawal resulted in my account being overdrawn, and no corrective action has been taken by the company. This incident has caused serious financial hardship, as the timing coincides with a holiday weekend and the birthdays of my two children. As of now, I have no available funds due to this premature withdrawal.I immediately contacted my bank, ****************************, and after reviewing the situation, they have identified National Debt Reliefs action as unauthorized and potentially fraudulent.

I acquired debt while I was attempting to create a viable Pug dog breeding program. After my first litter of puppies in 2024, between working, selling my mobile home and successfully selling five Pug puppies, I was debt free and had a great credit score. Last summer I treated myself and my Pugs to a couple months spent in ********. Everything went wrong! The traveling expenses were twice what I had planned for, one of my Pugs had medical expenses. My plan was to come back to *******, live in an RV on a rented RV space. Again everything cost more than I expected and beginning in August *********************************** order to pay for rent and general living expenses. It took me until late October to find a job. I bred one of my Pugs, in expectation of receiving enough profit from selling her puppies to pay off ALL of my acquired debt. My dog had six healthy puppies and I was ready to start accepting deposits; that is when my other female killed and partially ate all of the puppies. I started paying as much as possible on all of my debts, but when I saw a single months interest on one was over $400 I called National Debt Relief, because I knew I could never catch up on my bills. The person I spoke with was very encouraging (**** *******) and we worked out a payment plan I could afford. Now more old debts, more than 10 years old have been added to my plan, THAT I DID NOT AGREE to! Ive written emails, talked with different people over the phone and they are telling me I have to pay the debt I did NOT agree to pay.
