I've received DOZENS of unsolicited (to the best of my knowledge) emails from them, have clicked "unsubscribe" every time, have reported them as phishing and junk to my email provider, and have blocked them, but they continue to email me at least a couple of times per day. When I "unsubscribe" if often get a message similar to "page not found" or "can't load page," which is wildly suspect.I've emailed them directly at their ********************************** email address, yet continue to get solicitations.I JUST WANT THEM TO STOP, PURGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS FORM ANY AND ALL OF THEIR RECORDS, and to stop any and all communication to me from them, their subsidiaries, and ***'s.

Until my last credit card, which was due to be settled July of 2024.But instead I have been calling National Debt Relief 3 to 4 times a week since.I get the run around from different agents. One rep. about 2 moths ago stated that the credit card company (*****) need a power of Attorney and every time I call it's a different story. National Debt Relief has to return me money as well. Please help me, I lost my job due to tariff in April and I need this to be resolved and my money back as well

To Whom It May Concern,I authorized an ACH withdrawal to National Debt Relief for May 27, 2025. However, the company withdrew the funds three days early on May 24, 2025, without my consent. This unauthorized early withdrawal resulted in my account being overdrawn, and no corrective action has been taken by the company. This incident has caused serious financial hardship, as the timing coincides with a holiday weekend and the birthdays of my two children. As of now, I have no available funds due to this premature withdrawal.I immediately contacted my bank, ****************************, and after reviewing the situation, they have identified National Debt Reliefs action as unauthorized and potentially fraudulent.

This matter is regarding the false explaination and lack of transparency from the National Debt Relief program practices with the client seeking for debt relief guidance. National Debt Relief led me to believe that my debt could be resolved with the creditors, not telling me that the client has a history of not settling. Thus because I was advised to prove a "financial hardship" with the creditors I was advised not to pay the monthly bill. This practice caused my debt to increase on the credit cards debt relief through National Debt Relief to double from ongoing late fees added to original balance. I spent more paying off the original balance. National Debt Relief caused me to spend more money than my original owing balance to the creditors. Other clients who are entrusting debt relief guidance/assisting need to know that National Debt Relief is not a practice transparency in their business with seeking clients.

National Debt Relief is a program that pretends they are there to help. They are just like any creditor agency. If youre in debt, call the companies up yourself. Over the course of 8 months, they resolved only 3k, while charging my nearly another thousand, after I decided to educate myself and pay my credit off without their assistance.

I answered an ad saying National Debt Relief (***) could help me pay off my debt in 6 months or so; they did say it would affect my credit score, but that as soon as the debt was paid off my credit score would come back up. They wanted me to add a loan for my business because they couldnt get the total to where they needed it, but I only had five months left to pay on the loan. I entered 7 debts into the program, but my bank, ****, wouldnt stop the automatic payments to their own credit card, so I had to drop that from the program. *** would liked for me to have switched banks to stop the payments, but I said no. They lowered my payment to them, but now I fear its going to take so long for them to be able to negotiate any payoffs with these creditors, that it will be detrimental for me financially to continue in their program. Their website says 6 months they have negotiated 50% of their clients debt; I just dont see how this can be remotely possible in my case for years.

I am working with National Debt Relief. They said I would not be charged extra for the program I signed up for. They have received $8,239 from me since I signed up. They have paid my creditors roughly $1700 and paid themselves the rest. They say I have a $0 account balance and now owe $800 for a new offer. This was never explained, and now I have to reject the offer. My credit is gone, and now they are telling me I need to pay more, only six months in.

So, I made account to help with my debt but I start to have problems with making the deposits because life just throw me a curve ball and I just could not afford anymore. So, I canceled the program and I am told I owe all these other fees that no one told me about and no everyone I talk to is being unprofessional and very rude.

On April 3rd I received a call from National Debt Relief about my account. I told them because of my situation I can not make a payment anytime soon. So the person on the phone said she will put my account on pause for 60 days which means no automatic payments too. Not even a month later they took money out of my account 348 dollars. I reached back out to them to see if they can cancel it and they denied to cancel it. I'm currently trying to get the full 348 back but because of all the fees I'm only looking at 171 back which makes absolutely no sense especially after I was told money would not be withdrawn from my account until 60 days has pass. No im behind on my car payment due to their faulty system, and behind on my phone bill. Does this not sound illegal?
