    Thieves!! Don't fall for the $15 "One Pay Wallet ", as you check out online via their sister company. You can't "redeem", even after you've earned it, unless you open a cash account! Same "customer support " as their big sis, too...non existent, incompetent & you'll not get ANYWHERE. They can't conversate past their script, they can't understand the ***** concepts of their own company...so how could they possibly be capable of handling MY FINANCES. They aren't! I've had experience as one of their drivers, as a customer of their big sis, as a customer of their phone sibling, ..etc, etc, etc...SAME call centers...making the same rupees..as the SCAMMERS!!..as I struggle to get work in the ***! ..we're all bought and sold overseas...hopeless...

    I give this place LESS THAN one star. I got a card at *******, put some money on it. They would not let me upload any additional money when my balance got low. They did not sent me a permanent card in the mail.... I put the card number on my amazon and **** accounts, and I cannot use it because they would not let me put additional money on the card. They MISLEAD ME on this whole thing. I feel I should be compensated from a lawsuit. They need to have a class action lawsuit against them.

    Terrible service do not recommend. They dont actually help you through customer service. Their card also isnt compatible with many services and sending money to your one pay is basically impossible. They dont help and they will never delete your account. They just want to charge a $12 inactive fee for their own problem. I wont be paying and they can figure out the issue themselves.

    I would give it a zero, but it wasnt an option. After talking to the most ignorant customer service supervisor, he tells me that I do not have a residential address through the post office and I have lived here for 2 years receiving mail every day. They will not override the address and I cannot get my $10 bonus for using the app. They refuse to give me an address or phone number and tell me to contact the post office to prove to them that I have a residential address through them. My address is fine when they take my payment, but they refuse to acknowledge it on my account. Discrimination towards my RV park residents over our address.

    Awful card. It can inly be used at *******. You cant get your money out. The app is designed so I thought I was transferring the funds from the card back to my actual bank account. Instead it transfered more money into the one card making my normal account overdraft. The customer service is awful.

    Had a fraudulent charge on my card for $154 in ***** mind u I live in **. Filed the dispute and they told me they had evidence it wasn't fraud. Still haven't heard back from them to show me the evidence of the charge. What a joke

    No stars. They just stole $300 from me and refuse to give it back. DO NOT GET THEIR CARDS OR USE THEM!!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND REFUSE TO RELEASE MY $300 deposit!!!! Scammers scammers scammers!!!I will be calling the police to file a theft report as well.

    Ive been waiting for over a week to try to link my one account with my federal credit Union. One finance will not send an email to verify account. Basically will not let me take my money out of my account. Im ready to file a lawsuit.

    My account was compromised twice. In *** to and June. I was compensated in ten days for *** and denied in June. My account was locked, email and phone number changed. Password to email changed. Can not use it anymore. This company is a ripoff. Its not even a bank Its a technology firm

    I have been trying to pay this company out for over a week and due to them not offering any other way to make a payment there is no other option but to pay electronically. I have attempted to communicate with them via phone and email but they continue to try to over charge me by adding a few hundred dollars to the account after the first few days and now they have added an additional ******* to my bill in which my bank is not allowing to go through because if differs from the amount I communicated to my bank. It seems like these people are committing fraud and I have communicated this to them via email but no response. I called them to ask if they had a mailing address so I could mail the payment but if course I was told no and that I could only do it electronically which is strangely increasing by the day.
