    I purchased a extended warranty Feb 29th. The car broke down around 3 weeks and they would not cover it due to a pre existing condition. I called to cancel my warranty and was told I was being charged a 50 dollar cancellation fee. Attached is my contract and no where does it say that there is a charge for cancellation. I would like my money back on the 2 payments I have made for the warranty coverage and my cancellation fee. The warranty was useless cause they refused to cover my repair. The repair was for a blown head gasket.

    Worst company ever I have been waiting almost 6 weeks to get repairs done and still have no answer

    Hello *********,Here is the information we have regarding your claim:Claim was submitted to us on March 13th it was missing part numbers prices and customer concerns we replied back advising what was needed.Repair Facility contacted us back on 3-20-2024 where we advise again what was needed and revision estimate was received on 04/01/2024.They spoke with you on this day advised on the delays and advised an inspection will be needing to take place.Inspection report was received on 4/05/2024 and submitted for review.They also spoke with the you yesterday 4/12/2024 regarding the claim.So just to summarize your claim was submitted on March 13th ( you said it was the 16th) , on that date the repair shop did not send all the pertinent information needed to file the claim.They called back on 03/20/2024 a week after the first submittal and again were advised of what was needed.11 Days later on 4/1/2024 did they finally receive what was needed. So *********** shop was unable to get them what was needed to file a claim , how can a claim be filed when the shop doesnt send over the information needed.On the day they got the estimate you were in contact with them.You also spoke with them the day you posted this review as well.To say the claim wasnt handled in a timely manner is a review you should leave for *********** facility since they were unable to get the estimate over to claims. They were the ones with poor communication not our claims.According to the system you spoke with them multiple times so to say you havent been speaking with them or they havent responded is 100% incorrect.
