    I signed up for Caden where you let them track your data and in return you get paid. After tracking my data I was paid then when it came time for me to get paid this time arounsld all of a sudden there is a message that says that big things are coming my always and to watch out for it. This will not let me login to delete my account information and close the account because of the shady business theyre conducting. But they are still tracking my data and still using my information but I am not getting paid. I want my money and I want my data deleted and my account deleted or I will report this to the *** internet scams. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.

    Caden is an app that tracks your information and you get points to redeem for cash for allowing them to do so. Well now you can no longer redeem the points. It comes up with an error that has been lasting for over a week. When you contact them they give no information on when this is expected to be fixed. As of now it seems like theyre just stealing your information without giving you what was promised to you when signing up.

    Caden collects data and pays out cash when you reach a certain threshold. I get error messages anytime I try update something they say is not connected, but it will not let me disconnect it either. Because of this I cannot redeem my points either. I contacted their support and got an email that they aren't responding to support requests. I have cashed out in the past without an issue, but I am concerned that they are still collecting data and not allowing my to cash out my points.

    The app I've been using for roughly a year now and never had an issue till this month. I kept trying to redeem the $45 (currently $47.27) and this was the email response they are sending everyone:"We apologize for the inconvenience. However, redemptions are currently unavailable due to a system issue, and we are unable to process any withdrawals at this time-this includes manual or alternative methods. Spending connections are also facing intermittent issues during this time as well. We will notify you as soon as redemptions are back." Also the problem has been on going with many other users since March, when they raised their redemption from $40 to $45.

    this app pays you for data i have cashed out befire im ready to cash out now an all of a sudden it wont let me an i want the $45 they owe me

    They have updated there there system and now they not paying no one they owe me ***** I have *** with them a long time and now they have made a update to 45 it was 40 and we had no problem getting are money and now since they have updated they wont pay people and they have use are data to sell to other people and got paid off it and they wont give us are share now they not paying no boby they keep saying they working on it but they are lieing to people and they not trying to fixed nothing and then when u try to email them about your money they block u very bad business

    ***** ***** they have not emailed or notified me at all I had to update the app not to long ago just to get a message saying they doing big things which is a lie and when u try to email them they sent a message back saying u cant send them a message saying not available they not taking messages they are a scam and they not trying to pay no one I even sent apple a message saying they need to take the app down even know u cant get into it but still nothing from them too like they in it with them too a class action lawsuit needs to be set up on them they are not trying to pay no one on this at all they are a scam

    Caden io has been using my data and supposed to allow redemption in money for that use . My redemption has been stuck for weeks not allowing my to redeem to the bank I normally do or edit the bank information stays stuck on verification which is only supposed to be two days and has been over week no communication or resolution . They have no phone number only email i was contacted once about the issue *** told it was cancelled and when i try to follow the case number link it says suspended client they refuse to answer any of my support emails and they owe me 50$ for the use of my data
