    As many have probably complained about, this company had an app where they sell your data. As a result, you get points and redeem it for money. I had 40K points which was equivalent to 40 dollars in my account. After an update that was unknown to literally everyone using the app, the value went down to 4 dollars. This is a weird business tactic and there is no customer service working right now either. I just want my money.

    I used the Caden app, which rewards users with cash in exchange for access to personal data like phone usage and location. The app previously paid out at a rate of ***** points = $1.I earned approximately ****** points (about $55 in value), and had already redeemed $40$60 through the app in the ******* early 2025, the app went into a months-long maintenance mode that prevented all access to accounts and redemptions. There was no notice or communication, and all customer support (email and help desk) was disabled during this period.When the app returned, it had silently changed the point conversion rate to ***** points = $0.10 without warning or prior consent. My balance was suddenly worth only $5 instead of $55. Even more troubling, the app rewrote my past redemption history, making my $10$20 payouts appear as only $1 each.I have bank statements showing larger deposits, which contradict what the app now shows. Their website also used to list the original exchange rate, which was only recently changed.There has been no response from the company, and all communication methods remain disabled. I believe this is deceptive and unfair treatment of users.

    I have been using this app for over a year, approximately 1-2 months ago it went down for maintenance. It was impossible to contact anyone on any of the platforms typically made available. The app has now come back online, however the payment rates have drastically decreased. My past payments from Caden are showing to be 10% of what they truly were. I have not been advised of the reduced payment rates.

    The company Caden Io, has commited numerous violation of trust, first they randomly changed their tos and then lied about changing, changed cashouts to be 1000points to 1usd, vs the orginal 100 for 1 usd, then FALSIFIED banking receipt on their app to show this new lower value. has not responded to any contact by any user

    Anthology Labs Inc. (formerly Caden ***** updated the Terms of Service without any notification while the date showing the last time the Terms were updated had not been changed, fundamentally changed the service without reflecting it in the Terms of Service, and is changing records of point redemption to reflect the new rate of conversion (changed from 1000pts = $1 to ****** = $1).

    I have been a member of Caden since 2024 I have cashed out several times with no issues on about May 16th the Apple Store said I needed to update the app when I went to update it said thanks for your patience were working on some big things for the Caden app and will be back soon. I reached out to support and the response I got via email was Hi there,Caden support is currently unavailable. This message box is not active for responses at this time as it is unattended I cannot get a hold of customer service and prior to this I had to reach out to get my points I was missing and I got the runaround. I never had an issue cashing out and now suddenly right when Im about to cash out the app stops working. Im fed up with this

    Caden (by Anthology Labs Inc.) has disabled redemptions on its data-tracking app for weeks, continues to collect user data, and is not honoring the rewards users were promised. Support has been dismissive and offers no resolution or timeline. They have also been rude whenever I follow up and stated for me to not submit another inquiry

    I have a app from Apple Store that is supposed to to pay money to collect personal information and data. Financial information and personal information. ************************* I have had the app for over a year and have been paid 2 times $40 each. I requested my next payment of $45 and soon as i put it my request the app suddenly says its under maintenance and i get error something went wrong. I emailed the customer support team and received a reply that they are not able to do my payment and do not know when they will be able to and if i am not satisfied i can remove the app but it will still collect my day to day data. I am not able to access the app to remove my permission or personal information. There are multiple other people with the issue. The app only locks you out when its time for a payment but untill then its working for other users to collect data .

    I signed up for Caden where you let them track your data and in return you get paid. After tracking my data I was paid then when it came time for me to get paid this time arounsld all of a sudden there is a message that says that big things are coming my always and to watch out for it. This will not let me login to delete my account information and close the account because of the shady business theyre conducting. But they are still tracking my data and still using my information but I am not getting paid. I want my money and I want my data deleted and my account deleted or I will report this to the *** internet scams. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.

    Caden is an app that tracks your information and you get points to redeem for cash for allowing them to do so. Well now you can no longer redeem the points. It comes up with an error that has been lasting for over a week. When you contact them they give no information on when this is expected to be fixed. As of now it seems like theyre just stealing your information without giving you what was promised to you when signing up.
