Refund and Exchange Policy

CONSUMER'S RIGHT TO CANCELLATION OF AGREEMENT
The client may cancel this Agreement without penalty or further obligation within three (3) days from the date of signing this Agreement.

Additional Rights to Cancellation: Client may get a full or prorated refund only under the following
conditions:

(a) if the Client moves more than 25 miles from the Club location, (b) if Client cannot physically receive the 
services because of significant physical disability for a six month period, provided that Client presents
a doctor's certification within 10 days of the last session, (c) if the services provided hereunder are no longer
available because the Club has ceased to operate, or (d) upon death of the Client (Client's estate shall be 
relieved of any further obligation for payment under this Agreement not then due and owing).

In the event this Agreement is canceled for any of the reasons set forth above, all money paid shall be
refunded within 15 days of receipt of Client's 10-day notice of cancellation; provided however that the 
Club may retain that portion of the total price representing Services received. In no instance shall the Club
demand more than the full contract price from Client.   If Client has executed any credit or loan agreement to
pay for all or part of the services hereunder, any such negotiable instrument executed by Client shall be
returned within 15 days of cancellation.
