              On 5/10/2016 I purchased a Thumb Controled Mini Water Wand, ITEM NO: RP-SRMW-M, from Target. On 3/20/2022 I purchased another one directly from Ray Padula, order #: *******56 On 10/28/2023 and on 11/2/2023 both items stopped working. One would not shut off, the other would not turn on. I have submitted 3 warranty claims for each item. I have written the company 3 times. And I have made numerous attempts to call the company always with the same result, no one answers and the mailbox is always full.So far I have had ZERO response from the company. So far they have failed to honor the warranty they list on their web site for the product: " Lifetime warranty garden with complete confidence! Ray Padula products are backed by an industry leading warranty. Were always standing by and ready to help!"Thanks for your help

              *** Padula is non responsive to requests for warranty support. I left several requests to no avail. Their mailbox is full-preventing me from leaving a message.I left message as 'business' rather than 'consumer' - no reply.They were very good at responding in the past....what happened?
