*** Padula is non responsive to requests for warranty support. I left several requests to no avail. Their mailbox is full-preventing me from leaving a message.I left message as 'business' rather than 'consumer' - no reply.They were very good at responding in the past....what happened?Review from Steven L

Waiting from ****** from raypadula on a warranty from may 12!!! She emailed me saying she had all my info and would have it shipped out this week with tracking # . Several emails over a month later and several voicemails. ****** again emailed finally saying sorry it would be shipped out this week with teacking info to follow! STILL WAITING AND ITS been OVER 2Months no email or calls back from ****** or anyone at rayoadulaReview from Rick P

Bought a $65 sprinkler that stopped working. Filed a claim first of May on-line. They didnt respond for ten days, but then emailed that my claim was approved. Never received a replacement and calls go to voicemail without a return call. I would NOT buy another product from this company.Review from Sandy M.

This company has horrible customer service. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Ordered 3 nozzles, on May 3, 2021, to the present date Sept. 9th 2021, I have NOT received a replaced.. they should NOT be in business. I have made over a dozen calls no one returns them. I did get a response back on one of my email, where I submitted a replacement request. The same answer both times is sorry we have experienced a delay in shipping. I DO NOT recommend this company.Review from Rico M

This company does not care for its consumers. Selling products that do not last, promoting fake warranty and causing undue hardship on its customer base will catch up on them.
