  I'm so lose for words with padsplit and there rent relief partners,ESUSU they went above and beyond to keep me in my padsplit when I thought no one would cared, they also have other great programs like rent to own your own condo and so much more you better come get you one of these #1

  Esusu, **** is a financial services company that is harnessing the power of data to bridge the racial wealth gap.  We accomplish this mission by reporting on time rental payments made by residents to the credit bureaus, which allows for individuals to establish or improve their credit scores. We work with property managers and owners to report on and also assist in providing financial literacy and other services to their residents.
  
  We currently don't have any record of the reviewer contacting our support team. We have reached out to the reviewer to educate them regarding the services we provide through their property management company and provide additional assistance.  We are awaiting their response.

  This company was recommended by my apartment complex. The introduction was very appetizing for my situation. I did the application process 2 times that took over two weeks hoping for an approval, but I was denied both times with adding additional information. " You don't meet the criteria". I called to ask what information needed for an approval; I was told they can't tell me. They did not carefully consider my application. I even attached a letter stating my hardship paystubs and still wasn't considered. I only requesting under a thousand dollars towards my rent. I am a single parent trying to keep a roof over me and my kid heads. But it's so funny that each time I talked to someone over the phone you want a survey afterwards. I wish this was never sent to my email giving me false hopes.

  Recipients are selected after a thorough application review process and not all residents who apply are guaranteed to meet the requirements to receive funds. We understand the reviewers' frustration during this time and empathize with the challenges they are facing.

  On December 9th I filed for assistance because this company promoted to assist their customers with rental relief for various types of hardships. I lost my professional Job in November and have yet to find employment. I reached out for assistance because I am moving towards eviction and I have never been late on my rent until this situation. Long story short I was denied. I reached out via email to see why and asking for an explanation. This was the response : Hello Vantavius,Thank you for reaching out! I hope this message finds you well.We truly appreciate your application to our Rent Relief Program, and were sorry were unable to assist with your financial needs at this time. We know how important this support is for you but please know that this decision was made after a thorough review based on criteria set by the ****************. I understand youd like more details about why it wasnt approved, but to maintain fairness and integrity in our program, were unable to disclose specific reasons for denials.This seems very discriminatory due to other tenants being able to seek help and actually receive it. I hate that I am about to lose housing and I couldn't get help with one month of rent.
