  Im truly thankful for Esusu and their Rent Relief program. During a financially challenging time, their support helped me avoid late rent fees and gave me peace of mind. The process took a bit of coordination, but their teamespecially *** from customer supportwas professional, kind, and clear throughout.Having the rent sent directly to my property manager helped everything move smoothly, and Im so appreciative of this resource.   My initial contact with this company was wonderful! They assured me they had what they needed to rectify the issue that prevented them from adequately reporting my payments. They were suppose to be reporting beginning in August. After several times reaching out, all they can say is they are working on it. They lack professionalism and appropriate follow up. If you can, stay away from them.

  Esusu aims to close the racial wealth gap by using data to increase financial access for those with limited or no credit history. We achieve this by reporting timely rent payments to major credit bureaus, enabling residents to build or improve their credit scores. We collaborate with property owners and managers to offer this service, alongside financial education and other resident support.
  The reviewer is a resident in one of our partner communities, and we have been actively working with both the resident and their property management to resolve the issue. We are dedicated to providing a positive and fair experience for everyone we serve.

  This program is a total rip off for management companies. We are basically paying for the to deny applications. I had serval people apply for this "loan" the approval process took almost a month for them to be denied with no explanation as to why., It give the residents false hope .

  Please note that Rent Relief is provided by ****************, a 501(c)(3). For purposes of this inquiry, Esusu, **** Is responding on behalf of **************** as the administrator of its rent relief program.
  Esusu, **** is a financial services company that is harnessing the power of data to bridge the racial wealth gap. To that end, Esusu has partnered with ****************, a 501(c)(3) public charity organization, to provide rent relief funds to qualified residents of the property managers and building owners we work with. The Rent Relief application and review process consists of multiple steps and takes approximately 4-6 weeks.   Recipients are selected after a thorough application review process and not all residents who apply are guaranteed to meet the requirements to receive funds. We understand the reviewers' frustration and have elevated their feedback to the property management company they are associated with.
