I paid for expedited shipping on a product coming from ********** to *******... Payment was made October 15th...I have not received a tracking number as of October 26th. Order status remains to be "confirmed"... I sent an email and have received no response. As a resolution I simply ask for a written or verbal confirmation from seller that the products purchased are being shipped, I also request to be reimbursed for the shipping cost. I am willing to disregard shipping reimbursement if the product arrives at some time within this week. I am aware of the 5 production days and we are well past that...I will be happy to change my reviews and reddit post as soon as the clothing arrives and proves to be good. I will happily praise and support IEDM, even if they just communicate with me I'd be willing to atleast give a better review and not reach out to my bank.Business Response

Ordered early June for EF, a week before EF realized I never saw a ship notification so I emailed asking to cancel. 2 min after this I received a **** shipping label created email. 5 min later I receive an email telling me to check my spam folder because the order already shipped and it cannot be canceled. I emailed back asking them not to play this game and please refund the order. It shipped, it arrived at home during EF. I returned it to sender, asked for a refund. A month later - nothing. ^ reiterated my refund request, they emailed saying it was returned to them but not to worry, for $6.95 theyd send it back out to me! Finally, having enough, I reiterated the timeline and indicated I would file a claim with my CC company if they didnt fully refund. They finally issued a refund Shady/scammy customer service, took way more of my (and their) time then this needed. Will not order from them againBusiness Response

I placed an order for my husbands best friends birthday. Shipping says 3-7 days. There has been absolutely no updates, Ive reached out via email twice with no response! Their phone number is simply a voicemail saying to email them. I would like for them to send me my products I paid for! Placed and order on Saturday 6/15 order #******. paying over $200 for my order, including upgrade 2-4 day priority shipping for an event I have coming up. The items have not even been shipped out yet. As well as this company is ridiculous to get a hold of. On April 17, 2024 I put in an order through IEDM order #******. I believe it said 3-7 business days for priority shipping. It has not been shipped and theres no response through email whatsoever. I either want a refund or my items shipped asap. I have EDC on May 17 and I spent over $228 on items that might not even show.
