"I got everything needed before flying from ***** to ******** as instructed by ********** who partner with the airports in ensuring travel convenience however, for me it was not convenient. The front desk staff called me 5 minutes to boarding to review my documents in which they helped me with the *** form and then they said I needed an evisa on top of my entry fee voucher that I paid $60, so I'm thinking that was not what I was told but if I need to pay another $60 it's ridiculous but I'll pay it since by that time people were now boarding the plane, the staff mentioned they will get a supervisor for me and that wasn't a good sign for me as it seemed like they were stalling to tell me I can't board the plane." ... "Their customer service line is absolutely horrible. I called group desk as there was no option for accounts or billing and the representative who answered my call said plain as day "yea well yuh call the group desk " I then had to be asked to be transferred to billing ."

"Very uncomfortable aircratts with barely enough corridor space .The toilets are the size of matchbox and I am not sure how persons who are overweight manage to comfortably use the facilities." ... Read full review
