We were introduced to ***************************** from BRHI by our realtor after we had an accepted offer on a house. He was the inspector right before the closing. When we were in the garage my husband asked ******* if we need to be concerned about the deep cracks on the floor. ******* said no. My husband asked him once again, are you sure? ******* said its nothing all garages have this. We later found out by two different firms that yes, we have a problemOnce we moved in we did some renovations and ******* wears many hats..he is also a contractor. He put in a new kitchen for **. The coffee bar area he completed, then had to rip it out and redo it as he put it in too close to the wall and could not install the lower cabinets. ******* charges by the hour. He charged us twice for his mistake. He changed the faucet and spout in the bathtub in one of our bathrooms. Two days later we had a leak after I had asked him if I needed to call a plumber to do the job. He said he could do this. He was wrong we called in a plumber who rectified several things that ******* had done.******* painted the interior of our house without prepping walls. We are living here about four months and all ready had to call in a painter to redo some of the rooms as the old colour was bleeding through. He finishes nothing to completion and his work is rather mediocre. By the time we fired him he had taken down the wall between the kitchen and dining room and he never put in a saddle on the floor.He hung up a new medicine cabinet for ** which was all mirror. The top was all chipped and broken. He left for the day without saying a word. I went into the bathroom and looked at it.I immediately texted him and his response was he had not seen the chipped mirror. Needless to say the next day he had to take it down. And the last thing I will say is the quote he originally gave us was way lower than what he charged us before we finally fired him.
