BMW of Bayside and/or Luxury cars of Bayside service department is a horrible place to bring your world class *** to. They will rip you off for whatever service is needed. a simple oil change will cost you over like $200 and good luck with other types of services if not covered under warranty. In my last visit, I had multiple issues to be checked for my ***, got a loaner car and I wish didn't. The loaner car stunk like cigarette smell from previous driver, never cleaned, and a hybrid 530e model which felt like a cheap no class vehicle. Same day, I had a crack on windshield (Unknown how). Six days later, I returned the loaner to pick up my car and most complaints were not resolved. The director of the *** Bayside AKA Luxury cars of Bayside, made me submit a claim to my insurance *** and wanted to charge me $3,300 for a little crack on the glass. First, I was told if insurance don't pay, I have to come up with dollar amount. They overcharge, double or triple $ for services cost more than half the price and treat their customers like c*** They have non English speaking employees. I would suggest Not to take your car to this facility, use another place unless you like being harassed by the director. This service center is Not a Genuine *** service, it feels like fake rip off center. Also stay away from *** brand, ************* *** Financial is no better either. Typical selfish American business model without a World Class credibility.
