              I had an appointment for a routine eye exam on 9/20/23. Upon checking in, I was advised that if I wanted a copy of my eyeglass prescription, I would be required to pay a $50 fee at check-out. There was also notice posted stating the same, there would be a $50 fee for a copy of a prescription. I questioned this as I never had to pay a fee for a prescription. I was told it would be submitted to my insurance carrier and if covered, I would be reimbursed. I asked again, if this fee was only to get a copy of my prescription and was told "yes". Upon check-out, I paid the $50 and was asked if I wanted a receipt. I said "yes". I was given a receipt (copy attached) which does not specify what the $50 charge is for. When I got home, I did some online research and discovered that the *** has what is known as an 'Eyeglass Rule'. Doctors are required to give a patient a copy of their prescription whether ot not they ask for it, free of charge. I would like my $50 refunded to me. Thank you.

              I took my daughter to this location to get her eyes checked on May 15, 2020. Two weeks ago I get a **** stating that I owe them money. After two years they wake up to send me a ****. Anyhow, I did my research and find that I have paid this **** on June 8, 2020. I have been trying to reach the billing department and managed to speak to Cesia on June 7, 2022 letting her know I paid it and she said she will take care of it. Fast forward I still have not heard from her. I have been calling since past week everyday but no picks up the phone or even if I leave a message no one calls back. I fail to comprehend the level of customer service you provide to your patients. In your letter that you sent, it clearly states that if I don't respond to this letter within 10 working days that you will send this to a collection agency. I am trying to get in touch with you but you are not responding. Please explain what does a patient has to do to get your attention? I guess by filing a complaint.
