HORRIBLE SERVICE. mgr Marty M***** rude and disrespectful. came in for 4 tires when I picked it up tpms light was on. he asked if I can come back the next morning. i did 745a to 1215p. I paid $181 for a sensor he said I needed that still did not fix it. now he is saying the computer is bad. tpms light still on and it was fine when I brought it in. called the customer number and was hung up on. not a good place to bring your vehicle.

Tire choice in Florida on wedgewood lane the villages are THEIVES AND CROOKS . Went to get 4 new tires and got 4 broken rims and 3 sets of old tires that every time they balance them they came up no good. so the manager Jason B***** and district manager Bobby B****** decided to on junk yard rims and claimed them to be just as good as my rims that only had twenty thousand on them. Now they do not want to have anything to do with me as they say I'm the problem. I don't understand how when they are at fault.

I had a very disappointing experience with Monroe Muffler. I brought my car in for a basic oil change and tire rotation, and they ended up ruining the balance of my tires. The very next day, I had to pay over $80 out of pocket to have them professionally rebalanced elsewhere.
It gets worse—Monroe also used the wrong oil filter for my car. Thankfully, I happened to get another oil change much earlier than scheduled, or this could have led to serious engine damage. It’s unacceptable for a professional auto shop to make such a careless mistake.
As for the tire issue, Monroe initially acknowledged the problem and said I would be reimbursed, but after dragging the process out for months, they completely reneged on that promise just two weeks later.
This shop is either careless or indifferent—or both. I strongly recommend you take your car somewhere that actually knows what they're doing and takes responsibility when they don't. Don’t risk your car or your money here.

My van had an electrical failure, which required towing. I called Mr. Tire to verify that they could receive the vehicle and towed it to the location. I asked a technical where to park the vehicle. After unloading another technician came and insisted that I push the vehicle to a new location but refused to help push it. Mr. Tire then claimed to look at the vehicle. After two day they called my wife and said they could not find a way to restart it and that the engine needed to be rebuilt or replaced and charged us a diagnostic fee.
Not wanting to pay for an engine rebuild, I then towed the van to a ford dealer. They looked at the van and determined that the battery was bad and replaced it. They also noticed that the oil was empty and determined that it had been drained because there were no leaks. Ford was able to start the van without a problem, checked the alternator, and determined a bad battery was the issue.
I then called Mr. Tire back and asked them about their diagnostic and how the van had had its oil drained and explained the battery issue. They investigated with the technician, who then claimed to have never touched the vehicle. I then asked why I was charged a diagnostic fee if they never touched the van. They could not explain this request and promised a follow-up, which didn't happen. So basically, what it comes down to is, either Mr. Tire lied about inspecting my vehicle and charged me a fee or Mr. Tire looked at my van, drained my oil, ignored the battery issue, and claimed the engine needed to be rebuilt when there was nothing wrong with the engine. In any case, this is indicative of either a dishonest service center or incompetent technicians. In any case avoid them. It is not worth the pain.

Used to be decent, But today did it for me..I went for an Inspection, Oil Change and tire Rotation...First off I mentioned the tire rotation 3 times, Marked the wheels and When I picked it up..NOT BEEN DONE, 2nd Failed Inspection due to "Cloudy Lenses" Wanted to charge me 70 bucks to clean them....3rd When I was speaking to the guy he stated that they were getting new management and that his inspection guy he thought was just being picky to mess with the business since he's likely out in 2 weeks, upon picking the car up I told the Nice girl that I wasn't gonna pay for the inspection and they could have their sticker back nor the headlights due to the fact they looked no different than before and that the tires had not been rotated.. with the oil change. she kindly voided the "Headlight Restoration" ..I will not be back to this shop now that I have recorded the conversation with the guy telling me that most of his employees were disgruntled and Failing cars for really no reason other than spite.

Mr. Tire destroyed one of my tire pressure monitor sensors when they replaced my wheels and tires. They haphazardly tried to cover their tracks by gluing it back together, but inevitably they broke it. This cost me a $450 repair at a reputable repair shop. Not only are they putting me through hell to get in touch with them, but the customer service at the Monro Corporation (parent company) is so unhelpful and useless it makes my head spin. I strongly suggest avoiding Mr. Tire like the bubonic plague!

Sadly, I went to the location in Ballwin for years to service my vehicle. I had my tires replaced and they broke the tire sensors. They charged me multiple times to repair them claiming they were simply bad sensors… they never got them back to normal so I took my vehicle to another shop to get them fixed and they found a contaminate in my brake fluid line which had ruined my entire brake system. I confronted them about fixing the brakes and they refused… had to go to small claims court and they hired an attorney to battle against me.

I brought two ** ***** to Mr. Tire (1728 Fordham Blvd, Chapel Hill, NC) in April for simple oil changes. I supplied my own oil and filters—just needed labor. Neither vehicle had any oil leaks beforehand, and no one mentioned anything about a leak during the service.
Afterward, I noticed oil leaking from one of the cars (the Silver one). Took it back, was told there was no leak. Decided to check myself and found oil around the filter housing. A ** specialist confirmed the housing was cracked—cost me $1,173 to fix.
Shortly after, the other vehicle (the Blue one) showed similar issues. Same story—leaking oil after the same technician worked on it. The Manager at that location, Kenneth, told me the technician had been let go. They acknowledged that both cars had the same failure, but they still haven’t taken responsibility. I’ve been chasing them for weeks with no follow-up.
If something goes wrong here, don’t expect accountability. Still waiting on a proper resolution. Would not recommend.

Monro in Cobleskill New York are scammers. They charged me almost $1700 just to do tie rods. They did three hours of work in three days. They failed to tell me or explain why it was so much. And held my car hostage until I paid it. I have never paid that much for tie rods. and I have had several garages telling me that I shouldn’t have paid more than five to $600. So what did I pay for? I want my money back. And I want them held accountable.

The location at 3460 S Kingshighway, St. Louis, MO labeled as a CarX performed an oil change and safety inspection and it passed all 31 inspection points including the coolant system. 5 miles later all my coolant was gone and my truck was overheating and when I took it back, then they said the intake manifold was cracked and it cost $1985 to repair - I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN AND HAVE TOLD ALL MY FRIENDS TOO, BUYER BEWARE!!!
