            In November 2017 I had a new roof installed by Reunited ********************* at a cost of $ *******. Since then they made four or five attempts to repair a nagging leak. The most recent leaks were in September and October 2021 respectively. On every leak occasion they took an unreasonable amount of time to address the problem. An example of the amount of time they took to address is as follows. On September 21st 2021 after a heavy rain fall I informed them that the roof was leaking , this leak was in the same location as the previous leak. It took them until October 13th 2021 to carry out the repairs. Within two weeks after that repair there was another leak on October 26, 2021, in the same location as the previous two leaks After stalling for quite sometime and numerous phone calls and text, they finally decided that the repairs would be done on Wednesday November the 3rd 2021. To-date they've not showed up for that Wednesday repair as promised. To bring you up to-date, there were a total of four or 5 leaks starting back in 2018, with the first leak in a different location of the ceiling.

            DO NOT HIRE THESE CHEATS AND LIARS THAT DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.VERY UNRELIABLE AND DOWNRIGHT LIARS. THEY SEND THEIR WORKERS AND THEY LEAVE. THEY DID MY ROOF AND NEW SKYLIGHT NOVEMBER 15, 2022 FOR $12,300.00 WHICH LEAKED FOR MONTHS AND GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND TO COME BACK AND DO REPAIRS. THEY CAME BACK 3 TIMES TO TRY TO STOP THE LEAKING. IT TOOK MONTHS TO GET THEM BACK AND NOW THAT THERE IS BAD WATER DAMAGE TO MY NEWLY ************ CEILING BECAUSE OF THEIR BAD WORKMANSHIP THEY ARE IGNORING MY PHONE CALLS AND TEXTS TO COME BACK AND HONOR THEIR 5 YEAR GUARANTEE TO MAKE THE REPAIR WHICH THEY PROMISED ME THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF. I HAVE DOCUMENTATION.BECAUSE I AM A SENIOR FEMALE, I FEEL THEY THINK THEY CAN TAKE ADVANTAGE OF **** THINK BOTH ******************************* AND HIS FATHER ***** ARE BOTH CHEATS AND LIARS AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO DO ANYTHING.
