      In November 2017 I had a new roof installed by Reunited ********************* at a cost of $ *******. Since then they made four or five attempts to repair a nagging leak. The most recent leaks were in September and October 2021 respectively. On every leak occasion they took an unreasonable amount of time to address the problem. An example of the amount of time they took to address is as follows. On September 21st 2021 after a heavy rain fall I informed them that the roof was leaking , this leak was in the same location as the previous leak. It took them until October 13th 2021 to carry out the repairs. Within two weeks after that repair there was another leak on October 26, 2021, in the same location as the previous two leaks After stalling for quite sometime and numerous phone calls and text, they finally decided that the repairs would be done on Wednesday November the 3rd 2021. To-date they've not showed up for that Wednesday repair as promised. To bring you up to-date, there were a total of four or 5 leaks starting back in 2018, with the first leak in a different location of the ceiling.

      Hi, Every time ******************* contacted my office in regards to a leak we have went out to his property and checked it out and found no such leak. We went again immediately in October when he called again and found no leak coming from the roof we installed, after that inspection we therefor found a hole in his fascia capping and covered it for him and it hasn't leaked since we have called and checked with him. He now is requesting that we change out his shingles for no charge in the area due to the fact he would feel better about it. We simply give him a workmanship warranty which covers a issue that would be from us on this roof. We still informed ******************* that we will come out once more and do a water test with the hose to ensure him the roof isn't leaking afterwards he states he will close out this complaint and also the one he did with *** DCA as well. We have always been ready, willing, and able to come to he needs everything there was no need for this. Please contact me I want to know what steps will be taken I need my profile to be restored to a normal rating? kind regards ****** ************

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      Since I contacted your office Reunited Home Improvement came to my home on 11/20/2021 and claim not to be able to locate the leak. They made that claim after observing and admitting that there is a leak from the roof which has penetrated my small upstairs bedroom. I when into my attic on October 26th 2021 during a heavy downpour with strong winds and forward them pictures where I noticed the water entering the attic leaking into the upstairs bedroom, I sent a copy of those picture to you on 11/5/2021. I am not satisfied with how they are handling this issue.

      Deposit was given of $1000.00 to do some customization of my front desk in my dental practice. Total fee to be paid was $2000. That was customization, garbage removal, paint and laminate on a front desk that measures 10ft long. The contract was signed 03/03/2020. The work was scheduled to be done 03/16 - 03/23/2020 weather permitting. After multiple emails texts and phone messages no call back. I have called all the phone numbers on the contract. I have spoken to 2 different people on several occasions asking them when they are going to come in and start the work. It should have only taken them 1-2 days to do. Just recently I have emailed, texted and called them over a dozen times with no resolution. ***************************** finally texted me back after dozens of texts, that he is aware that he has work to do. However no additional message or phone call was made back to me. This company is bad news and deserves to be fined and shut down.
