    I received tracking confirmation yesterday that my order was undeliverable because items ordered were damaged. I emailed FragranceNet.com to let them know I want a full refund. This morning I called the customer service number that is shown on the website and I was on hold for 41 minutes. I will be calling my bank next to make sure I get my money back and I will let everyone I know not to ever order anything from this company because it is a scam!!!!!! I hate that I am forced to leave a star!!!! FragranceNet.com deserves negative 5 stars!!!!!

    This company should be SHUT DOWN IN EVERY STATE/ COUNTRY FOR GOOD. Placed my simple order over 3 weeks ago and they took my money but still no product. Reached out to there so-called support team via phone/ email and the reply email is auto-generated with the same **BS** attached message. I will dispute this order with my bank and report the company as fraud.

    Order something two weeks ago and still have has shipped and emailed them and ask what was going on made up some bs and said it should start processing 2-5 business has been longer then that

    I HAVE *****ED FROM THIS COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO PROBLEMS. I TRIED TO PLACE AN ***** LAST THURS 8/17/23, WOULD NOT GO THRU AND GOT NO EMAIL CONFIRMATION. I PLACED THE ***** THE NEXT DAY 8/18/23 WITH NO PROBLEM. ***** WENT THRU AND I GOT EMAIL CONFIRMATION WITH ***** #. I CALLED MY CRE43SDIT CARD TO MAKE SURE PAYMENT WAS TAKEN OUT, AND I FOUND OUT THEY CHARGED MY CARD TWICE! I EMAILED TO CANCEL THE *****, WHICH WHEN THEY EMAILED BACK THEY SAID IT WAS TO LATE. I TRIED TO CALL BUT NO ANSWER. WILL TRY AGAIN TODAY. I WANT MY CARD REFUNDED I WILL ***** SOMEWHERE ELSE.

    I received my order: Coach Floral 3 oz. From Fragrance. Net. This item in my order arrived damaged. 1. The perfume bottle sprayer top is crooked and Im unable to use the item;2. The perfume contents was leaking inside packaging. 3. Emailed Fragrance.net with no response after 48 hours. 4. Called Fragrance. net - No representative answered. I AM WRITING THIS TO WARN POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS TO STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM A NIGHTMARE!

    My order was sent to the delivery company (that is the first time that I hear about) and the keep saying that they received the information but not the products, I keep trying to contact them and no answer it is being a while and no products, no answers but they charge my bank soon I put the order
