    I placed an order on 12/2. I never received an update. I emailed them asking for an eta, because they dont answer their phones. Their response was that my package shipped on 12/8. I went on ************* (carrier)website, still no updates on there that it shipped. I called the carrier and it was a joke. They said they never received the items. I emailed fragrancenet to refund money ***** to my card. I havent heard anything back from them.

    We just received our Christmas gift - Bvlgari Splendida Patchouli Tentation. Prior to opening the box, we saw the reviews on the company. I checked the back of the box, and sure enough, there is Arabic. Which is not in the REAL packaging. I called the company, and “due to unforeseen circumstances” they are not answering their phone. Luckily we paid through ****** ***, so if nothing else, we will get that back. Do not get roped in. This company ships fake product!

    I received my order entirely damaged (a broken fragrance bottle) on 12/03/22. Immediately sent email with photos of package & damaged article. Without an answer, resent emails &photos requesting an answer; telephone (800 AC) has only one infinite on hold, and two "error/end of call replies. This morning, without ANY response to my request for corrective action, I received a note thanking me for my contact. And to contact if I need assistance.The communications system is troubling at the least.Since you demand it, I will leave a 2 star review strictly on the basis of two previous orders filled satisfactorily; this one deserves a minus 5 stars.

    Products havent arrived. No shipping info or tracking info. Cant talk to anyone on customer service. Called the number and was directed to more advertising and all other options led to call failed recording. Called number given to those outside of ** on hold for 30 minutes. Want to cancel order will now have to waste time going through hoops to get money back. Kick myself for not reading other reviews before purchasing.

    I placed an order with FragranceNet and it just sat there for 12 days with no updated tracking. I called and emailed them multiple times and the customer support rep just said it's being prepared by the warehouse. Really it takes 12 days to pull an order? I guess their warehouse staff doesn't care about the customers. So I canceled the order and they still haven't refunded me. Now I'm getting very worried that I've been scammed. I should have known better than to shop with FragranceNet. I feel less hopeful in humanity after this awful experience.

    First I ordered perfume and didn't arrive on time and yes , the smell didn't last long. Then I subscribed for ******* and every month I had to contact support to have it shipped because they create shipment but never ship it on time and they always delay the shipment. Then 7th month they sent notification of shipment being prepared but then their website shows"failed". I contacted support and informed them and not much of a help then I informed them about the complaint I'll be writing the BBB and they canceled the subscription. Now let's see if and how much refund I get back. I won't recommend doing business with them.

    I have not received my products and it has been over a month. Their website will not allow any correspondence because it says We are unable to find that page. Stayed on phone 2hours on hold several days. It now says my email is invalid. Well they took my money! They send me emails?? I want my product or a refund!!Not even a one star .

    Sorry guys they did everything they said. I got my order and Im a timely fashion, exact product I ordered. I got it in 4 days and watched/tracked the delivery process. I feel they are over priced but that was on me not them. Im disabled so I order. Im happy to have my favorite fragrance w no issues. I did read all of urs and feel bad I hope they did the right thing by you. Thank you

    Order * * * * * * * * * Placed an order and was dissatisfied with 3 items on my order.1. Versace crystal **** ****** - opened and confirmed the fragrance was not like the original in content and appearance. They asked I ship this item and they would refund the shipping cost and I tried to verify this as their website says the contrary but they ignored my messages 2. Eternity ******: content is GREEN instead of yellow and the fragrance is watered down.
