    Good grief, listen to all the whiners! When I found and followed a link to the new Magfast line of industry changing wireless chargers, I pre-ordered a couple of free chargers because, who passes on free stuff?I also place a paid preorder for some of the other chargers in the line. Having viewed the initial video as well as others that I received links to periodically from the company, I knew exactly where in the production process everything was. ******* e and **** did a phenomenal job of making the videos not only informational but entertaining as well. Each month some pretty high value items; i.e. tablets and smartphones were given away in sweepstake like drawings. Sadly, I never won but I kept trying. The lonnnnnnnnng wait was painful but not unexpected. At some point I got in touch with the company, this was months after my original preorder and asked if I could change my preorder because I was then able to spend more but I was hoping I could still preorder at the steeply discounted price.I received my preorder just shy of 2 years after I placed the order. I am very happy with my new chargers. Unfortunately I inadvertently "broke" my EXTREME but when I contacted Magfast they replaced it under warranty despite the fact that I probably caused the damage myself. If anyone complains about the length of time between preorder and delivery, it is only because they didn't consume the information provided every single week, more often if there as new info to share. I'm still waiting for my free wall chargers but those who signed. up for only the free items without also placing a paid order, #SHAMEONYOU, you greedy little twits.I decided to try to counter the vitriol spewed by those who wander around with their hands out in front of them, looking for a handout. I am not known for being patient but I took the time to watch all the videos to keep myself informed. should absolutely be BBB accredited! #greatproductgreatbusiness #cantlivewithoutmymagfastchargers!

    It has been over 3 years since I placed my order. I had one response stating I would receive my kit in 2022, then 5/23. Now I want a refund and the only response is an auto generated email asking for more information. If you have the invoice, what more information do you need. Please return my funds. No more patience.

    The MAGFAST customer care team was experiencing a higher-than-usual volume of outreach due to our recent product shipments when this customer emailed us, therefore she received an automated email letting her know we would get back to her as quickly as we could. We personally responded to her email within 48 hours, and again after receiving this review. She has been offered a full refund and we are awaiting confirmation that her credit card credentials are still valid in order to return her funds. We understand this has been a long product development and appreciate her early support and patience up to this point. We have begun shipping our first chargers to our earliest supporters and are working our way down the list as we move the rest of the chargers through their final development and manufacturing! We have now shipped thousands of products and have seen our MAGFST Lux cable rated as the number 1 charging cable on ******!

    I invested on this company in 2019. Ordered the Family pack pro that included most of the items they launched. Since then, I haven't gotten all of the items. This year, I received few of the items. However, I cannot use the EXtreme because the Wall charger is not included in the package. How can I use these items when the most important thing is not in the package. The Wall charger!?! I got the Extreme, Jumper and Life. But even the jumper I cannot use because I cannot charge it. Seriously, today is 2023 already. They keep promoting and launching new products but cannot deliver the previously promised items to all its customers. YES, they are shipping but IT IS NOT COMPLETE.... ************* is NOT COMPLETE! They keep launching and asking people to invest but they cannot even deliver what they promised to deliver. It's been 4 years now and still, the remaining products are not yet shipped. I want people to BEWARE investing on this company that cannot keep their promise. YES< they do live stream for people to know that they are real people but that is not the only thing you should deliver to your customer. You have to keep your promise of delivering the OLD OLD promised that you can't even keep. Instead, you launch a new one by asking people to invest and NONE of the previous products are being taken cared of. Why don't you take care of the old issue, the business that you are supposed to deliver rather than asking for money - money - money to invest in a new one over and over again. Not because you do LIVE STREAM doesn't mean you are a good company. Your customer service sucks! They can't even reply to emails and direct your questions properly. All they tell is "we are shipping blah .... blah.... blah..." DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THIS IS NOT AN INVESTMENT. They just want your money. PERIOD!

    Id like to start by clarifying that even though the MAGFAST Pro Kit package this customer pre-ordered was designed as a system, each of the products within the system functions independently and extremely well on its own. Instructions for use are included in the package and are listed on our website. Our customer care team is also available to answer any questions she has on the use of her products. We apologize that we havent yet been able to ship all of the products in the Pro kit package together, we regret this profoundly. However, most people are most likely aware, there are significant ongoing supply-chain uncertainties about the availability of components that are impacting our manufacturing schedule. The ongoing fallout from the ******** pandemic has enormous challenges which are interrupting our global supply and shipping chains This has upended the best-laid plans for nearly everyone across the world in nearly every industry. We have done and our doing our best to address this ongoing challenge and keep moving our project forward and its going surprisingly well, all things considered. So many businesses have stopped and will never restart, so we are feeling super blessed that were still here and getting back on track!We have now shipped out thousands of our first products to our early supporters and our new Lux cable is the number 1 rated charging cable on the market according to ******!We have done our best to reply to the customer and address her needs and we're sorry to hear she is unhappy with our care team. We hope this customer is enjoying the products she has received and encourage her to reach out to our customer care for further assistance in using her products.

    I just ordered the Magfast bundle with the free jumper cables and I got the extended 6 year warranty! I'm so excited not only to get my new products but to also jumpstart this project/invention into a company that will last for years to come only to get better with time!

    This company is full of bs they take your orders and time goes on and nothing. Well, your trusting that might come true. But as time goes on and on. Well, I have asked on and on, and nothing. I have asked and nothing except the usual bs they don't refund because they are based on preordering. Well, I emailed them and said I don't want to hear any bs about covid or conflicting with overseas. There is no reason why they can't refund my money when they claim to make millions of dollars. And I preordered back in 13 or so. So I want to say do not give them your money. They are a scam and to those on social security. Don't trust them. They just your money with no results. Shame on you for taking advantage of people and not refunding the money. If people want their money back

    It seems this customer is confused. She claimed a free product in 2019 as part of a promotional campaign and has not exchanged any money whatsoever with MAGFAST. The free products are not yet available to ship as weve explained, however, weve offered to exchange her product for an alternate product that will be available to ship this month. If the customer no longer wants to wait, we will be happy to cancel her pre-order with us.

    They are extremely shady, have promised a product for 5 years with no results. I purchased a package 3 years ago and am told it's almost ready for 3 years. Their ads in ******** are locked with only pruned responses, that promise a product no one is getting.

    I understand you are frustrated about the delay in shipping. We completely understand! It's true we are running behind where we hoped we would be at this point.We regret this profoundly. ??Its absolutely not true, however, that our customer are not getting any products. We have begun shipping our first power banks to our early supporters and our top rated MAGFAST Lux cables are available to ship on demand to rave reviews. We set ourselves a mammoth task to engineer six chargers simultaneously. As a small startup project, the challenges that come with that add an extra layer of difficulty for us then they would for a large company with deep pockets.And, we have had to deal with some extremely tough challenges to move this project forward; the global fallout from COVID 19 being the most challenging thing weve had to face and continue to face. Most of our challenges are now resolved and we have wrapped up engineering and development and moved into manufacturing on 3 of our chargers with the others close behind. We have been shipping our first products to our earliest supporters to amazing reviews. To be clear, our ******** comments are not locked, we do however remove abusive comments from our page that dont follow community guidelines. We understand that this has been a very long development and this kind of project is not for everyone. If you would like a full refund, please reach out to our customer support team and they will be happy to help you with that.

    I have been waiting for two years for my products. They keep making new products instead of fulfilling the orders they already have. Havent been able to get ahold and talk to a real person. I wonder how much they are paying for fake reviews to keep up appearances and continue to con people out of more money.

    We dont see that youve reached out to our customer care team recently. We have exactly 1 email from November 28, 2022 from you and no record of phone messages whatsoever. Even though we are a small team, our customer service agents respond to each and every outreach faster than the industry standard and are ready to answer your concerns if you reach out. We do understand that this has turned out to be a long development and that its difficult to wait for products you are excited about.Weve always said this would be a long process and we explicitly say, in the presentation that we require our supporters to watch before pre-ordering, that you should not support us if youre not in it for the long haul. We are just as frustrated by the delays in shipping as everyone else. There are currently major global supply chain issues due to COVID that we have absolutely no control over, but we have worked hard to stay on track and are lucky to now be shipping our first charging units to our early supporters. Id like to quickly explain why we are launching new products while some of our early products are still in development.It costs millions of dollars to market, produce, launch and support a consumer electronics product. Yet more complex is that MAGFAST has taken on the job of producing not just one but an entire family of advanced charging products with combined interactive features not yet seen together in the industry. We're literally carving a new path, and it's been full of unexpected bumps and curves and roadblocks along the way, to be sure.Since we are still in the preorder and development stage, the only way to raise millions of dollars via preorders is with large numbers of transactions, and, yes, new product introductions and sales.New product launches bring us a step closer to shipping and to the other work of building a great company.We are simply doing what any sensible company does which is to 'develop a product pipeline'. Products take a long time to develop, so it wouldn't make sense to just do nothing about next-generation products until all the existing ones have shipped. This year's smartphone models from ******** Apple, and the rest were two or three years in the making. If they waited until each shipped, there would be at least three years between launches. No company could survive that way.The funds raised by our new product sales will only serve to benefit you and everyone who has supported this project by moving us closer to our shipping goals and getting the products into your hands sooner!And, finally We dont mind constructive criticism, however, false accusations of faking or padding reviews is simply not true and unfair, and is damaging to the success of the project. All of our reviews are 100% authentic. The majority of our supporters have remained dedicated and enthusiastic about our mission of changing charging for good throughout all of the challenges weve faced in bringing our products from idea to a physicalized system of products.
