    Do not back anything this company is selling, they have great ideas and if they had any business ethic they would actually do well, but unfortunately good ideas are nothing if they are never made into anything tangible. I paid money and got nothing but excuse after excuse and to add insult to injury they keep sending emails asking me to back their new ideas, even though I never received the item I originally paid for. Pathetic

    They deliver on all their promises. I will address some things I have seen in other comments, like waiting for their products for long periods of time. I have been waiting for mine I ordered years ago, but I also know they said it would be a long time when I ordered. Because they were just getting the pre-order so they had the financial ability to do it, and the orders to make it affordable for everyone. They even allowed me to pause my order when I fell on some hard times. Then started it again at the same point, with no extra charge. Tell me what other companies would do that. Now I am purchasing another set in another pre-order event because I believe it shouldn't take as long this time to receive them. They have the manufacturing down now, and they are already shipping the product to their customers that ordered before. Thank you for listening to my long comments.     They lied to me and never delivered. And now they're telling me I didn't pay the full amount and are trying to get more money out of me. I have my invoice and it states I purchased and no where does it say 1 out of six payments. I'm getting refund after 3 years of waiting. What a waste of time and a garbage company full of thiefs.

    Magfast has 5 stars in my book. I got a free cable by watching a scheduled promo video. Right around that time I suddenly had to move and I paid to have my mail forwarded. For some reason i never ended up recieving it thoigh it was delivered. Probably got stolen at my old address. I contacted the support. Their customer support was *************** my support agent stayed in contact with me through the whole process. Mind you I just paid shipping and 7 bucks for their extra warranty covering loss and what not. They ended up shipping me another cable. I reviewed it and I love it. Does super fast charging and it's nice and long. I really love the material it feels amazing.

    I have been placed oder with magfast over 3 years ago. never got the products we bought and pay for, despite several emails and few phone calls. they promised that we are going to get it but never happened. I suggest please, please do not do business with this company. the gentleman who runs the company *************************** is a scam. he will take your money and you will never see anything being shipped to you. stay away from this fraudulent company.

    We completely understand the frustration with waiting for a product to go from idea to a physical charger. However, that doesn't indicate any wrongdoing on our part. I do see that you've been in contact with our customer care team several times and have been fully refunded via check. Thank you for your initial support and we hope to see you in the future.

    We know it's taken way too long for our chargers to go from a simple (or complicated) idea to a physical product. You and all of our supporters and customers have been so amazingly patient. We're very excited to have started shipping some of our products while (im)patiently waiting for the rest to be manufactured.
