  Watching the presentation nearly made me cry. The forward thinking, the "*****************" business model inspired by the likes of *****************************, the Tree Planting in perpetuity, the lifespans, the security, the returnability w/ reward for those w/ the integrity to do the right thing, all of this and more focused on the consumer as an individual allbtye out to the planet as a whole. DEEP thoughtfulness & DEEP consideration beginning with the product creator and pervasive throughout the company. This is a RARE and PRECIOUS company as are their products. **** so very very much *************************** and the MagFast Family.

  The Magfast family has been slow to prosper, but seems to be really catching on now. The Lux cables are fantastic and I cant wait to try the rest of the Magfast units! This company has been very transparent and very communicative and have made me feel comfortable with buying their products and investing in the company. Eventually, I have no doubt that we will see the Magfast products in a majority of electronically driven households and businesses, as they are also beginning to offer branding on the items for companies to use for their own marketing purposes and gifts. These folks are very good at looking forward for improvements and advancements. ******************************** Thank you for finally putting quality products out there for powering our electronic freedom!

  Ordered the product on 02/02/2023. Paid same day. Order Shipped 02/05. Tracking number provided but did not return to any package shipped in the **** system. Unable to currently locate or see where the package is. Attempted to reach out to customer service multiple times via email. Only received a reply once after 48 hours wait. I have sent further emails which have gone unanswered and I have contacted the phone number listed on their ******** and website. Left a voicemail which has not been returned for 2+ weeks. Regardless of how busy you are, it doesn't take that long to return emails. Phone calls I can understand. Emails are simple.

  I placed an order 3 years ago.. yup. 3 YEARS AGO in 2020 and have never received anything. *** backed other projects,kickstarters and gofundmes and gotten my items within months or a year. Never ever have i seen a llc waste peoples time with videos and conferences and posts about new items when they cant even deliver first round products. I understand covid and all that stuff but its not an excuse. This isnt a startup company, they were already around and claimed to have made and shipped items by the time i backed or i wouldnt of backed it at all. They love to put out email after email about "new exclusive products" but its a joke, they dont deliver on anything and have been telling angry buyers on social media for years they are shipping things but wheres the proof? Is this really a scam? Very poor business management? All i know is after waiting 3 years for my items to arrive, i dont think they ever will. They dont seem to bother with replying to help request or inquiry emails either..

We're working on shipping our chargers to our backers that have been with us since the beginning. Our Lux cables are also now available for immediate shipping.   After waiting two and one half years for my order to arrive, I cancelled due to know no end in sight or confirmation that my order was ever going to ship. While they were responsive to refund my money, after receiving and depositing I get a notice from my bank that they were unable to honor the check as the account could not be found!!! Happy that some of you received your orders and are happy with the product. I was hoping for the same outcome !

  I disagree with all these positive ratings. They've had my money for over 7 months and I have absolutely nothing to show for it - no product, no status updates, and no estimated shipping date. When I keep getting bombarded with emails about recruiting investors and trying to get new customers excited about their products (in an attempt to generate more orders?), then I wonder about whether this is a legitimate going business or if it's all they can do to keep their heads above water.

  What has it been, 3 years, 4 years, 5 years? I never got my free magfast charger as well as something additional I was supposed to receive - in exchange for watching a long 45 minute presentation. Yes, over the years I have contacted this company with the patience of a saint, asking them about that status. They always push me along saying that it's on the way or it's coming. They basically caught ** in making a promise that they couldn't keep. So, all these years later, where is my free product, why in the world would I want to support a company that doesn't commit to their promises?

  magfast is a company without scruples. how can they have any when, in the midst of going under in their prior company ************, they sold goods they never intended to deliver upon. despicable.
