    I placed an order over 2 yrs ago and still dont have it! Ive emailed several times with no reply about my complaint and questions. All I get back is a message trying to sell me stocks in the company and trying to get me to pay for more products! DO NOT ORDER GROM THIS COMPANY!!! I do not recommend!!!

    I’ve been a supporter of MAGFAST, I have purchased 2 pro kits and 10 LUX cables I received the cables and they are as promised. It’s unfortunate that they got caught up in the micro chip fiasco. My brother had ordered a **** ******** and he just got it 414 days after he ordered it. So yes the chip thing has put every manufacturer back. But MAGFAST has been transparent on all they do and up front with the progress on what is and will be the best wireless charging system ever. My opinion a great company….

    Its got an A plug on both ends?. H*** , I cant use this. There's a card in the box that says you can get a free adapter. But there's no hyper for that option. So there's no way to plug it into a charger which is USB. WHY WOULD THEY DO THAT?

    I'm sorry for any confusion but our Lux cables are either USB-C on both ends or USB-C to Lightning. Once you receive your cable and register it, you can claim your free adapter. However, I see you are in communication with our customer care team and they can certainly help you.

    I love Magfast! I have no issues or complaints about Magfast. I love their products?? I like the customer service whenever I have a question about my product Or regarding my order they usually will get back to me within a day or two.

    I have about half dozen Lux cables and the Hello kit. I'm very impressed with the quality and performance of the chargers, and even more so the jump start capability of the Extreme charger. It is true that good things come to those who wait and my patience was certainly rewarded here.

    Magfast has been an exciting company to support and follow. They are constantly reaching out and updating their progress (and set backs when they happen). Unfortunately and understandably, the pandemic certainly slowed things down, but they seem to be recovering well. I greatly appreciate both their vision and transparency. I'm now using, and have gifted many, their charging cables. They're a game changer. High quality and fast! Far better quality than anything I've previously purchased.Looking forward to getting the chance to try the charging products they've worked to hard to develop and produce. I would be remiss if I did not mention their incredible customer service as well. This is a quality company, that is serious about making high quality products.
