1 star4 years on December and nothing. My batch (14) has been moved I dont know how many times, currently says delayed. I just lost any hope that I ever going to get my chargers.MAGFAST LLC

We dont see that this customer ever reached out to ********************** directly with her concerns. Even though we are a small team, our customer service agents respond to each and every outreach faster than the industry standard and are ready to answer any question or concern someone might have. There have been delays in our recent scheduled deliveries recently due to a firmware update we needed to complete. There also remain major global supply chain issues due to COVID that we have absolutely no control over, but we have worked hard to stay on track and are lucky to have now shipped thousands of our first charging units to our early supporters. ******* continually updates our supporters throughout every step of the process from inception, through development and manufacturing with regular livestreams and emails. We do understand, however, that this has turned out to be a long development and that its difficult to wait for products you are excited about.Weve reached out to this customer to offer her a full refund if she no longer wants to wait.Review fromVictoria L

The smaller impact on our global waste impact is a great bonus too.The lack of a fifth star is due to the incredibly long sales pitch - an hour and 20 minutes ??. We do understand that this has been a very long journey for our MAGFAST charger pre-order startup project. andwe've communicated extensively about the challenges weve faced. For reasons we've covered many times by email and in the 200+ update videos we've published - We are still behind on the delivery of products to many people. This customer has communicated her concerns with us directly so that we could work with her toward a satisfactory resolution for her, but chose instead to voice her concerns in a public forum first. As always we have ************* to work with folks if they don't want to stay with us through the end. It seems that is probably the best way forward for this customer. 4 starsAs a first ************** ******* they have done well with their public and customer communication. Their current updated products and the science behind them gives them an "extraordinaire" high rated product. Their delivery timeline was less than that. Having kept up with their notifications on production they are "over the top" ever improving updated product. So having patience is worth the wait (if you forget about your order), this helps. You'll be impressed with their line of products and quality of look and functionality.MAGFAST LLC

1 starAbsolute scam, and I am done giving them the benefit of the doubt, after waiting for over 3 (!) years without seeing any hint of an actual product existing, outside the props they use for their never-ending demos and crowd-funding spectacles ("you HAVE to be there!!!!!!"). Here they are, still scamming people out of their money while clearly developing *other* products (like ***), instead of honoring promises to their original customers and fulfilling those orders first. Ironically, I've gone through 2 more generations of iPhone since buying into MAGFast's scheme, and I'm certain that if they ever actually produce any product resembling what they're pushing, it will be obsolete thanks to the fact that Apple and other manufacturers are not waiting (thank god) for MAGFast to get their act together.I'm sure there will be some lame response below my comment, saying something along the lines of "we understand your frustration, yada yada yada"....same as every single email I've ever sent them directly. It's all posturing, and stringing people along until they forget, give up and/or simply stop caring - and it appears this is a winning strategy. Suffice it to say I can only chuckle at what appears to be a successful attempt by ************** further down, who managed to get MAGFast to write her 2 separate refund checks and proceeded to cash them both. LOL.I am sharing my experience with as many people in my network as possible, in hopes of limiting the number of new and unsuspecting victims ******* and his crew can target going forward.MAGFAST LLC

Respectfully, what this customer is saying is categorically false. There is plenty of evidence that we are manufacturing and shipping products. We have shipped over ****** units to customers now and the reviews are excellent. The core fact is that development of our unique charging system has brought many, many challenges. Challenges that would have ended most young companies. And, yes! We have continued to develop and ship other products, like any smart company would do. Lux cables and ******** suitcases are far higher margin products designed to strategically (1) introduce more folks to the brand and (2) upsell much higher value products that help improve the balance sheet so we can get more chargers produced. Admittedly, shipping the chargers is taking longer than is reasonable by any standard, but I hope that, on reflection, this customer can appreciate the extraordinary dedication to the quality we promised - and the creativity we're applying to solve a series of problems which were not of our making. We've communicated extensively about the challenges with this ****** long - crowdfunded project. For reasons we've covered many times by email and in the 200+ update videos we've published - it has been a struggle to ship everyone and we are still way behind. As always we have ************* to work with folks if they don't want to stay with us through the end. It seems that is probably the best way forward for this customer. 1 starMy experience with Magfast has been a long waiting game. If I had known i would be waiting over a year to receive these I never would have spent my hard earned money on them. I paid a lot of money (over $150 ) for these chargers. I have contacted the company and they REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY!!! They should not be advertising things that are not ready for mass shipping! I even looked at other's reviews before I purchased the chargers. They were all good. No one mentioned how long it took to receive them. I have been waiting over a year for these and I no longer want them or need them. I also where they posted that shipping has begun in 2022. Well here it is the middle of 2023 and nothing! I will not buy from Magfast ever again!**************MAGFAST LLC

It sounds like this customer didnt understand that she was participating in a pre-order startup project. The reason we only allow folks to pre-order our MAGFAST chargers after attending our presentation about who we are and what we are doing, is so that they understand that there would be a wait for their products before they place a pre-order with us. This customer has not reached out to us directly with her refund request but has opted instead to write a negative review - twice now. She initially wrote a review in December of 2022. We reached out to her and responded to her review. Just to be clear we did not refuse her refund request. We offered her a bonus incentive to stick with us, but she failed to answer. We assumed meant she wanted to stick with us. Once again she has opted to write a negative review about our company rather than reaching out to us directly so that we could address her concerns. We have multiple ways to reach us including phone, email, chat and social media. Additionally we do near weekly livestream updates on the progress of our project. We reached out to her to try and resolve things and have now refunded this customer in full in hope this resolves things to her satisfaction.Review fromEdwin G

5 starsI was a customer of the original wall adaptor many years ago and still use it. I was disappointed when it stopped operations. However, when they came back to me later with the new opportunity, I signed up right away. I have supported other product developments that have had similar or less delays but I accepted that I was not buying a product already on the market with each program. I was supporting a company trying to develop a new product of interest to me. As with all developments, the is risk and delays. The wait has been long certainly but it has been worth it. The products received are every bit the quality that was indicated it would be and even more. The look and feel are something that shows their attention to detail. I bought three Pro Kits so I could give one to each of my daughters. They love them as well. I just received the Air component and it also of the same quality. So nice to put my iPhone on it and know it will charge up correctly. I have also purchased a bunch of the Lux cables, both in the Lightning format and the ****C format to handle anything I need to handle. All my old fraying cables are being replaced where I can. I have shared some to my kids as well. In addition, I did invest in the company on two occasions and I dont regret it at all. They were very clear that investing only what you can afford to lose is the prudent approach. They never lied about the risks or pushed anyone to invest more than they could. I believe they are an honorable group working to create a good company. I wish them well and to attain great success. 1 starI purchased their product on 7/6/2020 and up to this time 6/19/2023 I still havent gotten what I paid for! They are full of promises and tries so hard to get you to invest on their new products but its all fancy words and promises! They are very convincing but 3 years of waiting is too long! There are many new similar products available now that i can avail easily so I just want my money back!MAGFAST LLC

We understand this customer is frustrated with the delays in delivery of her pre-order. We do know that this has turned out to be a long development and that its difficult to wait for products you are excited about. It's true we are running behind where we hoped we would be at this point.We regret this profoundly.We are just as frustrated by the delays in shipping as everyone else. We set ourselves a mammoth task to engineer six chargers simultaneously. As a small startup project, the challenges that come with that add an extra layer of difficulty for us then they would for a large company with deep pockets.There are currently major global supply chain issues due to COVID that we have absolutely no control over, but we have worked hard to stay on track and are lucky to have now shipped thousands of our first charging units to our early supporters. Additionally, our top rated MAGFAST Lux cables are available to ship on demand to rave reviews. Id like to quickly explain why we are launching new products while some of our early products are still in development. It costs millions of dollars to market, produce, launch and support a consumer electronics product. Yet more complex is that MAGFAST has taken on the job of producing not just one but an entire family of advanced charging products with combined interactive features not yet seen together in the industry. We're literally carving a new path, and it's been full of unexpected bumps and curves and roadblocks along the way, to be sure. New product launches and investment share offerings bring us a step closer to shipping and to the other work of building a great company. We are simply doing what any sensible company does which is to 'develop a product pipeline'. Products take a long time to develop, so it wouldn't make sense to just do nothing about next-generation products until all the existing ones have shipped. The funds raised by our new product sales and investment share offerings will only serve to benefit everyone who has supported this project by moving us closer to our shipping goals and getting the products into your hands sooner! The majority of our supporters have remained dedicated and enthusiastic about our mission of changing charging for good throughout all of the challenges weve faced in bringing our products from idea to a physicalized system of products.
