  Wait 4.5 years to receive a defective unit.I purchased the whole set of chargers 4.5 years ago. I just received 3 of the units 2 weeks ago, and the Extreme unit doesnt work. I have been trying to contact support for 2 weeks, and other than an automated email I have received no response. I want a full refund as the situation is ridiculous. I wait almost half a decade and they send me a defective product to then not respond to me. Do not purchase from this company.

  We strive hard to provide the best possible products and service - we ask only that our customers work with us. Our team responded personally asking you simply to fill out your warranty questionnaire about the product challenges you'd experienced so that our tech team could help you. Most likely you just don't know how to properly charge and use the product, but there is no way of knowing without further information. You chose not to do this but then called and wrote in multiple times within minutes. Four times on Friday alone. We responded to you again over the weekend. Then at 4:50am you wrote in demanding an immediate response with the threat that you would post a negative review if you did not receive it - then posted without waiting for a reply. We bend over backwards to make great products and provide superior service. We're committed to doing this for you - please simply help us as we work to help you. We've have bent over backward to assist in resolving things with you. We have offered you a full refund with the return of your products, and have sent you a prepaid return envelope. If you would like a full refund, please return all of the products you received back and we will process that for you.

  I TRUST THE MAGFAST COMPANY 100 % I HAVE ORDERED PRODUCTS FROM MAGFAST. THE CHARGING CORDS ARRIVED FAST.   Best Charger I've ever owned. I would totally buy one for all my friends or family members, if I could afford to. Their customer service skills are also top notch, as I had to get a replacement charger, and it was handled very quickly.

  I ordered the Lux cables (9) and they arrived in 1 1/2 weeks. I was very surprised they arrived so quickly. The cables are great! I am very happy with my purchase. Giving the others as gifts.

  This company is a complete fraud. They take orders, but never deliver the order. I put in my order over 2 years ago and have not received it and they never respond to my requests for information on when I may receive it. Do not ever order anything from this company. They will just steal your money.

  Hi ****, we appreciate you letting us know about your concerns. Id love address some of the things you said. According to our records you reached out to us only 1 time previous to this review and we answered you within 24 hours. Additionally ******* does regular livestream updates regarding MAGFAST product development. He also has sent out email updates and has the information on estimated shipping available on our status page. We sent you your shipping batch number and a link to our status page so that you could keep up with the development.Admittedly, this has turned out to be a very long development. We regret this profoundly. Weve always said this would be a long process, but it turned out to be much longer and more difficult to execute than even our most seasoned advisors anticipated. There remain major global supply chain issues and shipping issues due to the ***** pandemic that we have absolutely no control over, but we have worked hard to stay on track and we have now shipped out thousands of chargers to our earliest supports and are working around the clock to catch up on the backlog. There is plenty of proof that we deliver, right on this review site as a matter of fact. Regarding your complaint about new product development, since we are a small startup, still in the preorder and development stage of some of our chargers, the only way to raise the money we need is with large numbers of pre-order transactions, and, yes, new product introductions and sales.It costs millions of dollars to market, produce, launch and support a consumer electronics product. Yet more complex is that MAGFAST has taken on the job of producing not just one but an entire family of advanced charging products with combined interactive features not yet seen together in the industry. New products bring us a step closer to building a great company overall. We are simply doing what any sensible company does which is to 'develop a product pipeline'. Products take a long time to develop, so it wouldn't make sense to do nothing about next-generation products until all the existing ones have shipped.Thats absurd. This year's smartphone models from ******** Apple, and the rest were two or three years in the making. If they waited until each shipped, there would be at least three years between launches. No company could survive that way. The funds raised by our new product sales only serve to benefit everyone who has supported this project by moving us closer to our shipping goals and getting the products into our supporters hands sooner.I hope this gives a little more insight for you.   ******* Fast charging system was a massive disappointment for me. I had been eagerly waiting for its production for over three years, but it failed to meet my expectations in every possible way. Firstly, the chargers are already outdated and behind times, which is frustrating considering the long wait and anticipation for their release. Secondly, it seems like everyone has already copied the design and concept of ******* Fast charging system, making it nothing special or unique.And the icing on the cake is that the so-called 'jump-start' feature turned out to be a total joke. The system promises to jump start your car and even up to 20 of your friends, but in reality, it couldn't even manage to jump-start a single motorcycle. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with ******* Fast charging system, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the time and money and look for better charging options in the market.

We dont currently see any communication with you regarding the things youve mentioned under the email address you provided.Please reach out to our customer support team directly because we would love to help you.This is certainly not the typical experience weve been hearing from other customers who have written to us with enthusiastic feedback, particularly regarding the jumpstarting feature of our MAGFAST Extreme. If you had written to us we could have helped you to troubleshoot the issues you were having jumpstarting your motorcycle or replaced the product if there was a issue on our end.Regarding your statement about an outdated design, thats simply false. We know of no other products that have our unique combination of features. These include our 2 way magnetic snap-to-charge connection, which allows every MAGFAST charger to work with every other using the magic of magnets which snap together to charge with a family-safe low voltage. In fact, this is a proprietary, patent-protected feature that only we have. Additionally all of our chargers use Power Delivery (PD ) which is now the universal USB-C fast charging standard, and our power banks incorporate the very latest Qi-certified wireless charging technology.Were not sure what your specific needs areportable chargers normally will have varying mAh, (battery capacity measured in milliampere-hours; mAh), ranging from 2000-5000 mAh for smaller power banks, up to ******+ for large portable power banks. Our Extreme charger has ****** **** Most modern smartphones will require a power bank with around a ***** mAh capacity for one full charge. For instance, the battery on an ****** 12 is ***** mAh,. ****** 15 is ***** mAh. ****** 15 Plus is ***** mAh. ****** 15 Pro is ***** mAh. ****** 15 Pro *** is ***** mAh.   Magfast took my money almost 3 years ago and I still havent received one product. They did the same to a friend too. Clearly Magfast does not give a hoot about scamming people of their hard earned money.

  With all due respect to this customer, this is disingenuous. ********************** is a pre-order startup project, as our customers know from attending our online presentation before we allow them to place a pre-order. We do this to be transparent. Through our pre-order offer, we extend a special offer of deep discounts to our supporters in exchange for pre-ordering and paying for our products in advance of production, at a cost much less than the estimated retail value.This allows us to raise the capital we need to develop and produce the products from launch to shipping. Their pledge (along with many others) springs into action and is used to build the tools that create, manufacture, and assemble the MAGFAST family products before having them tested and certified, packaged and then shipped when ready. Weve always said this would be a long process and we explicitly say, in the presentation that no one should support us if youre not in it for the long haul. Admittedly its taken way longer than anticipated for reasons weve explained both on this platform and repeatedly to our customers through consistent livestream updates and emails. This customer placed her pre-order in the middle of a global pandemic that caused disruption to every industry across the globe. There remain major global supply chain issues due to COVID that we have absolutely no control over, but we have worked diligently to stay on track and are lucky to have survived and have now shipped thousands of our first charging units to our earliest supporters to overwhelmingly positive reviews. We see that this customer reached out to us directly on Aug 15 asking for a shipping update, however she did not indicate any level of frustration, or voice any concerns. Her email appeared positive and kind. And we replied to her with a shipping update in under **************************************************************** the fall. Without waiting for our reply, she posted a negative review on this platform the very same day. We have reached back out to her to offer a full refund if she no longer wants to wait for her products and hope to resolve things to her satisfaction.

  Actually, we have had this customers first products ready to send to him for some time and had sent him an email asking him to confirm his shipping details so that we could send them, but he never completed his checkout form. We let him know this again in our reply to his recent email, however he opted to write a negative review and not to answer us directly. ? We do understand and agree that developing our groundbreaking system of chargers has taken way, way too long. We regret this profoundly. The challenges we've had would have buried most startups but we've kept going, determined to meet our goals, and have now shipped thousands of our first products to early customers to amazing reviews. We have reached out to him again offering him a full refund and are awaiting his reply.
