1 starI ordered a bundle for $297 back in 7/2020. I never received any of the products. Waiting for their products for over 3 years is unthinkable. After several emails over a period of time with numerous excuses I was finally offered a full refund a couple of months ago. In my opinion this company is a scam. Their using peoples money for that length of time is unacceptable despite their excuses when ***** hit. If they would have just kept in communication with everyone about their so called delays it would have helped, but thats water under the bridge. I will never fall for such a scheme as this again.MAGFAST LLC

It's not news that weve experienced an extraordinary set of challenges with the development of the original line of chargers in this long overly-due crowdfunded project. We communicated extensively about the delays through weekly video updates and constant email outreach. And as always we have a terrific ************* team to answer inquiries. We have always offered a refunds to supporters if they don't want to stay with us through the end - which was always an option for this customer had she chosen to accept it at an earlier time.This customer has been fully refunded and we've addressed her concerns to the best of our ability.Businesses have many challenges, and we've had at least our share. Many would have given up, but we've kept going and the products shipped more than ****** units to date. 1 starHorrible customer service. They take your money and give you one excuse after the other as to why they aren't shipping what you ordered. Now they are offering new products, seems more like a pyramid scheme then an actual business. And when you comment about having waiting 5 years and gotten one excuse after an other they just block you from their ***************MAGFAST LLC

We sent this customer her first products the day after she wrote this review. She had already received a shipping batch number and estimated date of shipping date. While we understand her frustration around the length of the development process, her accusations are completely false, unfounded and unfair. It seems this customer reached out to us repeatedly during the holidays when were receiving a very high volume of outreach, however we had an auto reply email letting everyone know our response times would be slower than normal and asking for patience. While we dont know the particular reason she was banned from our social media site, our system does block anyone on social media who uses abusive language or attempts to spread inaccurate information that would unfairly damage our company. Weve been very open about the challenges weve faced and have communicated them consistently to our customers And we always offer a refund to folks who no longer want to wait. We've now shipped over 60 THOUSAND units to customers and the feedback is terrific overall. Of course, as any legitimate company would do, we have continued to develop and produce new products, why wouldnt we? Weve introduced a new cable which is now the highest-rated cable in North America according to all the Amazon verified reviews. Shes right that clearing the backlog of the charger orders is taking way too long, but wrong about the other things.We hope this customer is enjoying her products and that weve satisfied her concerns. 1 starOk so I placed 3 separate orders. The first were just charging cables and Then I thought about the suitcases and They were really awesome. So I went in to purchase a set of large and carryon but they had already preselected a bunch of products and it took me 30 minutes to unselect those products and then select what I wanted and then I placed the order and realized I chose the wrong package. So I emailed them immediately to get it changed and I kept emailing them and I kept getting the same BS rewritten email in return. The refund policy states 3 days so I made sure to request my refund within the 3 days and requested that my orders be cancelled and I get refunded any portion of my Shop Pay issued! Crickets!!! Then I thought about it and I decided that I would just buy the piece that was missing the one that I wanted in the first place since I got an email with a offer for 499 and get 499 back with a hotel and rental car voucher. So I placed the order! Then I looked up TSA regulations for size and charging bank guidelines just in case and I found reviews about people who still havent received their purchases for years. I am not willing to wait years! I am upset that I havent heard back for weeks I will not pay **** for products that I havent received never!!! I refuse!I want all my orders cancelled immediately! And since they dont follow up through emails or answer their phone then this is my only option! And I will also report them to the *** and to every social media platform!I repeat, I want every order cancelled and any money paid to them refunded immediately. I wasnt told that I wasnt going to get my products because they werent made yet and I would be waiting for up to years I will not wait months I will not wait weeks I wanted those things by Christmas no later!!! Hi ****. It seems you wrote to us multiple times over the December 3rd weekend when our offices were closed. And, as we let you know in our auto reply email, we were experiencing a very high volume of outreach at that time and announced that it might take us some time to respond.The purpose of our auto reply is so that people know there will be a wait for a response and to be please be patient.You had pre-ordered products that would not be available to ship immediately. We let everyone know the products were unavailable for immediate shipping in our launch presentation and again during the order and checkout process. Were sorry you missed that information, but responded as soon as we could to address your concerns. It looks like we answered you on December 5th and refunded you as you requested. We hope we addressed all of your concerns and resolved things to your satisfaction. We are a very small startup with a small customer care, however we continue to work as hard as we can and very long hours to get back to everyone as quickly as possible and catch up to the backlog of outreach after the holidays.Review fromMaryann D

3 starsI ordered a long time ago, like 2019.. a pre order for the "Wall". Ive emailed many times and always gotten a response. They updated my address when I moved and i see the one i ordered is in ****************** So hopefully soon.. So far i see no reason to worry. Once i get it and use it ill be sure to up the stars to 5.. the product looks awesome in the videos...MAGFAST LLC

We understand this reviewer’s concerns and have reached out to her via email to resolve them. We want to briefly address things here as well.
First, we’d like to clarify that the MAGFAST chargers are part of pre-order project. We’ve always said this would be a long process. Crowdfunding as a small startup company comes with many challenges and, yes, possible delays. We are just as frustrated by the delays in development and shipping as everyone else. There have been, and currently are still, major global supply chain issues due to COVID that we have absolutely no control over, but we have worked hard to keep our businesss going when many others have folded and are lucky to now be catching up.
However, we agree, however, developing the original products has taken way, way too long. The challenges we've had would have felled most startups but we've kept going, determined to bring this to the finish line with our first mass production now in customer's hands. While not perfect, the overall feedback is terrific. We also introduced a new cable which is now the highest-rated cable in North America according to all the Amazon verified reviews.
This customer has continually been alerted to the delays and could request a refund at any point .We don’t mind constructive criticism, however, accusing us of charlatan behavior is unfair, and is damaging to the success of the project.
We've shipped over 50 THOUSAND units to customers and the feedback is off-the-charts. Most of the reviews are from customers who've received their stuff and are thrilled. However she is right that clearing the backlog is taking way too long.
We very much regret that we can't keep everyone happy, and that we don't have the funds to compete with mega-electronics companies whose checkbooks are larger than ours.
