    Ok so I placed 3 separate orders. The first were just charging cables and Then I thought about the suitcases and They were really awesome. So I went in to purchase a set of large and carryon but they had already preselected a bunch of products and it took me 30 minutes to unselect those products and then select what I wanted and then I placed the order and realized I chose the wrong package. So I emailed them immediately to get it changed and I kept emailing them and I kept getting the same BS rewritten email in return. The refund policy states 3 days so I made sure to request my refund within the 3 days and requested that my orders be cancelled and I get refunded any portion of my Shop Pay issued! Crickets!!! Then I thought about it and I decided that I would just buy the piece that was missing the one that I wanted in the first place since I got an email with a offer for 499 and get 499 back with a hotel and rental car voucher. So I placed the order! Then I looked up TSA regulations for size and charging bank guidelines just in case and I found reviews about people who still havent received their purchases for years. I am not willing to wait years! I am upset that I havent heard back for weeks I will not pay **** for products that I havent received never!!! I refuse!I want all my orders cancelled immediately! And since they dont follow up through emails or answer their phone then this is my only option! And I will also report them to the *** and to every social media platform!I repeat, I want every order cancelled and any money paid to them refunded immediately. I wasnt told that I wasnt going to get my products because they werent made yet and I would be waiting for up to years I will not wait months I will not wait weeks I wanted those things by Christmas no later!!! I paid *********************************************************************************** thats what was happening! This is scam bait! Fraud and BS

    Hi ****. It seems you wrote to us multiple times over the December 3rd weekend when our offices were closed. And, as we let you know in our auto reply email, we were experiencing a very high volume of outreach at that time and announced that it might take us some time to respond.The purpose of our auto reply is so that people know there will be a wait for a response and to be please be patient.You had pre-ordered products that would not be available to ship immediately. We let everyone know the products were unavailable for immediate shipping in our launch presentation and again during the order and checkout process. Were sorry you missed that information, but responded as soon as we could to address your concerns. It looks like we answered you on December 5th and refunded you as you requested. We hope we addressed all of your concerns and resolved things to your satisfaction. We are a very small startup with a small customer care, however we continue to work as hard as we can and very long hours to get back to everyone as quickly as possible and catch up to the backlog of outreach after the holidays.

    I ordered a long time ago, like 2019.. a pre order for the "Wall". Ive emailed many times and always gotten a response. They updated my address when I moved and i see the one i ordered is in ****************** So hopefully soon.. So far i see no reason to worry. Once i get it and use it ill be sure to up the stars to 5.. the product looks awesome in the videos...

This is due, not only to the current shipping, supply chain, and component shortage issues but also to the rigorous testing required for this particular product.     I trust Magfast and I can't wait to get the new products that will be coming out soon. I currently own a few of their cables, which I ordered a few months ago, they arrived quickly and I love them.

    We understand this reviewer’s concerns and have reached out to her via email to resolve them. We want to briefly address things here as well.

    First, we’d like to clarify that the MAGFAST chargers are part of pre-order project. We’ve always said this would be a long process. Crowdfunding as a small startup company comes with many challenges and, yes, possible delays. We are just as frustrated by the delays in development and shipping as everyone else. There have been, and currently are still, major global supply chain issues due to COVID that we have absolutely no control over, but we have worked hard to keep our businesss going when many others have folded and are lucky to now be catching up.

    However, we agree, however, developing the original products has taken way, way too long. The challenges we've had would have felled most startups but we've kept going, determined to bring this to the finish line with our first mass production now in customer's hands. While not perfect, the overall feedback is terrific. We also introduced a new cable which is now the highest-rated cable in North America according to all the Amazon verified reviews.

    This customer has continually been alerted to the delays and could request a refund at any point .We don’t mind constructive criticism, however, accusing us of charlatan behavior is unfair, and is damaging to the success of the project.

    We've shipped over 50 THOUSAND units to customers and the feedback is off-the-charts. Most of the reviews are from customers who've received their stuff and are thrilled. However she is right that clearing the backlog is taking way too long.

    We very much regret that we can't keep everyone happy, and that we don't have the funds to compete with mega-electronics companies whose checkbooks are larger than ours.

    We encourage this customer to reach out to our customer service team to resolve things and part as friends.

    Wait 4.5 years to receive a defective unit.I purchased the whole set of chargers 4.5 years ago. I just received 3 of the units 2 weeks ago, and the Extreme unit doesnt work. I have been trying to contact support for 2 weeks, and other than an automated email I have received no response. I want a full refund as the situation is ridiculous. I wait almost half a decade and they send me a defective product to then not respond to me. Do not purchase from this company.

    We strive hard to provide the best possible products and service - we ask only that our customers work with us. Our team responded personally asking you simply to fill out your warranty questionnaire about the product challenges you'd experienced so that our tech team could help you. Most likely you just don't know how to properly charge and use the product, but there is no way of knowing without further information. You chose not to do this but then called and wrote in multiple times within minutes. Four times on Friday alone. We responded to you again over the weekend. Then at 4:50am you wrote in demanding an immediate response with the threat that you would post a negative review if you did not receive it - then posted without waiting for a reply. We bend over backwards to make great products and provide superior service. We're committed to doing this for you - please simply help us as we work to help you. We've have bent over backward to assist in resolving things with you. We have offered you a full refund with the return of your products, and have sent you a prepaid return envelope. If you would like a full refund, please return all of the products you received back and we will process that for you.

    Best Charger I've ever owned. I would totally buy one for all my friends or family members, if I could afford to. Their customer service skills are also top notch, as I had to get a replacement charger, and it was handled very quickly.
