      I am Executive Director of the REMOVEDand Incommand Technologies hosted our website. After a lack of responsiveness, including unreturned phone calls or emails concerning problems with our site, we decided to host our website with another provider. On December 23, 2023, we requested by letter that our account be canceled effective December 31, 2023, and that InCommand send an authorization code so we could transfer our domain name to a new host (the domain having been transferred to InCommand when we became a customer). We continued to receive no response. The business changed locations, the phone number no longer worked, and no response was received by mail or email. We moved on with a new domain name and website, but InCommand has continued to leave our old website active up to the time of this complaint. They have also renewed our old domain and have attempted to bill us for $240.00 on July 17, 2025 for "hosting fees" on an account we cancelled long ago.
