    I ordered a table 2 and a half months ago, with no delivery in sight, and they feel no obligation to refund me and let me cancel. They are going to charge me almost $400 to cancel even though its their fault! Ive gone a long time without dining table now because I removed the old one from the house when they scheduled delivery the first time. I dont think its unreasonable for me to cancel without penalty so that I can go get a table immediately.

    Coleman Furniture indicates that they provide ************************* and ********************* and I have yet to experience either.Since Feb. 16 2024, I've been trying to get two broken pieces replaced by Coleman. Since then, here is was has happened - - Original shipment contained two broken pieces when the installers put our entertainment center together - Coleman shipped two new pieces that were the incorrect color - Coleman shipped another two pieces that were the correct color, but two "left" pieces - The new "right" piece is en route I've had extremely poor email communication with ***** and poor/aggressive communication over the phone with a customer associate, **** where she told me that having two "left' pieces was correct, and a passive/aggressive voicemail from manager, ****. I had requested to speak with ***** multiple times which was ignored and her phone number in her signature is a non-working number. The very first phone call I received was on April 3 at 6:50pm EST where **** left a voicemail that she wasn't sure why I needed to speak to a manager. I've expressed over phone and email several times that I would like to speak to a manager about these issues I've had and honestly, it's very confusing to me that after looking at my notes/files in the system why someone could not understand why the customer would want to speak with a manager. I thought that based on the price of this companies products that I would receive better customer experience. I'm not upset at all regarding the mistakes, because it happens. But, I don't believe that Coleman is seeking to understand the problem or fix it. They're way of going about this issue is sloppy and it shows by their communication and the multiple wrong replacements.My recommendation would be to pay the cheaper prices from other companies/sites. The quality of the entertainment center and the experience is 100% not worth the price.
