    Buyers beware, make sure you study the terms and conditions.I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase. I believed I was ordering a box spring or similar foundation for a mattress based on the product listing. However, upon receipt, I discovered the product was instead a metal frame requiring assembly, which does not meet my expectations or the description I understood at the time of purchase.I was also surprised to learn that your return policy does not allow returns for this product. While I understand policies are stated in the terms and conditions, I believe the product listing was unclear or misleading, which prevented me from making an informed purchase decision.

    Product was damaged when ordered. They sent another and it was damaged as well. They will give me a credit to cleaning even though the fabric is damaged.

    DO NOT DO BUSINESS **** THIS COMPANY. I HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE RUNAROUND FOR MONTHS TO HAVE FURNITURE THAT WAS DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY TO BE REPAIRED. I ASKED FOR A REDUND AND WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO PAY SHIPMENT AND CANCELATION CHARGES. THESE PPL DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND JUST LOOKING TO MAKE MONEY BY SELLING DAMAGED PRODICTS.

    Buyer beware! Biggest scam out there!Photographs of furniture do not reflect the actual product.Colemans excuse and defense is that they provide the dimensions. In my case I bought a king size bed but there is a gaping space from the end of the king size mattress to the actual frame. To make matters worse, upon delivery the bed was not fabricated properly so it could not be assembled. ****** refused to let me return the faulty bed. Their excuse is that they had a right to provide me a replacement part.I was left with bed parts about my floor for three weeks while the had a replacement head board shipped to *********** and assembly crews are inept and do not use blankets or cardboard to protect your furniture but place the product directly on the ground. In my case my bed frame, dresser and side tables were scratched up. The best compensation for this was a 150 dollar credit. Coleman will accept a return of their subpar furniture but with exuberant restocking fees. A customer should not be charged to return damaged or badly fabricated products. However, Coleman thinks the customer should pay to return damaged and faulty products. Buyer beware!

    Warranty is a joke. They tell you to contact a repair place. After I do they say I have to work with repair place since I contacted them myself. The Ashley ************ sectional is a joke. The chaise, after three days, started bunching up in the seat. I had bought the warranty and they said it was wear and tear so warranty does not cover it. Wear and tear after 3 days?? What a joke. I am getting ready to put the chaise on the road. I bought a new one from *******. I know they honor their warranty. It doesnt match but it will still be better since I never got my chaise repaired correctly

    Ive had the worse experience with the Elyza sectional received on June 11th 2025. First the product came stained and with a damaged arm rest. The day of delivery while the delivery team was here I made a complaint that the product arrived stained, I forwarded the images the same day I received the product. The arm rest also had an indentation as if the cushion under was pushed leaving one area with no cushion. After just two weeks of having the sectional I began feeling something poking and scratching both myself and my daughter, the feathers began coming out and the end of the feathers was what was causing the poking sensation. *** filed complaints and forwards picture showing my concerns to both the company and affirm. The product is terrible! I only purchased this product because the website had 4 and 5 star reviews but after investigating, the company never included the lower star reviews from customer which is completely misleading. After further investigation I saw many low reviews with similar concerns that I have and also complaints that they never posted the lower reviews. The company has completely misleading customers, they lack good customer service, and although the delivery team took pictures of the stains it was never submitted and I was told that they rely on the delivery team to verify the product. It was also noted that they have insurance with the delivery team so of course pictures werent forwarded, the delivery company did not want to take responsibility for the damages and the customer is the one who loses in a situation like this. Ive emailed support numerous times about my complaint, Ive forwarded multiple pictures and videos but they now claim the pictures and videos were blurry. I received confirmation the day I sent the pictures and was never told it was blurry. What a terrible company to take advantage of customers in such a way.

    Couch is amazing! So soft and more comfortable than I ever imagined! Price was beyond reasonable for the quality! Highly recommend! Coleman was a super easy site to order from, easy tracking on the process. Only downside was the delivery company kept changing the delivery time the day of making it an hour plus later than the original time frame

    If I could give no stars, I would!!! The furniture arrived damaged, and it was very cheaply made. My husband pointed out the damage and we said we weren't sure we wanted to keep it. We were told by the delivery men that we had to call Coleman and they would have to help us, they are only contracted to deliver. I called and explained that I was not happy with the furniture. I was berated by a gentleman on the other end. He told me that on top of the 15% restocking fee which comes out to $130.35, I will be charged $620.00 shipping fee to return it! I told him that was crazy, I paid $869.00 for the furniture. I understood the restocking fee, but that delivery fee was outrageous. I asked him where I could return the furniture back myself, he told me he will not tell me. He told me that I should have called while the delivery guys were there. I explained to him that they told us they couldn't do anything, and I had to call Coleman directly. He repeated himself rudely telling me then why didn't I call? I said I am calling now! It was pure craziness. The furniture has only been in my house 48 hours. I have never been involved in a scam before....until now. This company sells inferior furniture that they know people will not be happy with. Coleman has this loophole where not only do they make money on the furniture, but then they make money on the return of the crappy furniture. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

    Bed was assembled incorrectly by "white glove installers". Bed collapsed 2 weeks later. Upon looking under bed after collaping, noticed bed rails are incorrect size, some too short, some too long. Long rails were sitting on floor, never installed, while short ones were put on, yet were incorrect size, which didn't even touch the floor. Contacted Colemans and was given the run around. Paid almost $3000 for a bed, later to be told I have to pay more in order for problem to be corrected is mind boggling! Do not trust Colemans word on quality and customer satisfaction.
