      I received a letter in the mail and scanned it, I then received a call Strategic Consulting. I was told I would get a deal with Level One Law, and they wanted me to sign papers the next day! I had to answer a series of questions about my income, residence, social. They also told me my credit score would go down a little. I provided the info. While I waiting for a call back I decided to go online and check the validity of this company. I came across so many complaints which compelled me to not move forward with debt consolidation. I would like all my personal information to be removed from their database. They had my full name, social, address. I also don't want them to contact me on the phone. I would like an email from them advising me my application has been closed and my personal information has been deleted. I don’t want my credit to be affected by this scam.

      Like many others that received information from Strategic Consultants, I had contacted them to inquire about what they were able to offer. I felt like I had asked the right questions but after reading complaints from others expereinces, I chose not to proceed. They have my information now, I would like to request that all of my personal data and information including ssn, address, phone number and email to be removed permanently from there data base and not be sold or shared with any other organizations.

      I received an offer for a personal loan with a very low interest rate from Patriot Funding. When I was called, I was instead told by a nice man that the offer would be for debt consolidation through Strategic Consulting, and that my my credit score would “initially go down”. I didn’t like the sound of that, but I proceeded anyway, and they told me they would send a notary to my home for my bank information and to sign paperwork within two days. Only then was I told about the fees. I decided to look the company up on the BBB and was horrified. I do not want my personal information sold, and I do not want my debt “negotiated”. I wanted a loan to pay off my debt. This company is misrepresenting themselves and also sending out false advertisements. I want all of my personal information removed from their database, and I do NOT want my personal information sold or used in any manner.

      I was about to go forward with them on a loan offer after giving them my social security number and DOB along with my wifes. I would like all our information deleted and no further contact from the business to to its non BBB accreditation, and all the complaints I have seen.

      I called them about a debt consolidation loan at a low interest rate. After speaking with them I decided to check them out with the BBB before going forward with my personal info. I realize they are a scam and do not want to do business with them. I didn’t give them much info but I want the calls to stop.

      I like other people on this thread was told I didn’t get a loan but rather credit restructuring. I was told I would deposit money into a savings like account and they would work with my credit cards to make the payments and I would just pay them a much lower payment to cover the principle. They asked for my financial information, SSN, all my personal info like name, DOB, address and phone/email. They showed me a presentation that had all of my credit history included and more slides showing what my payments and interest could be if we went through with this. They said they would be calling me back the next day to finalize everything. After reading other stories that sound the EXACT same as my situation I will not be going through with this and I will tell them we aren’t interested and to stop sending us mail/emails or text messages. I want all of my information and my wives information wiped from their data base and not to be harassed by them anymore if possible.       I just recently talked to Strategic Consulting, they were helpful at first, they let me know that I didn't qualify for a loan but for other options. I gave them my info, next day, I called back to ask them to disregard agreement, I found another opportunity that would help me. I talked to Benjamin S**** and I asked him to not charge me for anything and to cancel whatever plan we agreed. He didn't give me reassurance that I wouldn't be charged and even said to contact my bank to cancel the charge, which I think is already too much. I don't want this company using my information, charging me, leave me alone. If, I see charges, you'll be contacted by someone representing me. Thank you.

      I decided not to go with their services. I am respectfully requesting that all of my personal data and information be permanently deleted from their database and not shared with any outside. I have sent an email to the "loan consultant" requesting all information to be deleted. Mailer for loan offer and this ended up not being one.

      I contacted Proper Funding only to learn that the business or loan company was Strategic Consulting. Before providing some personal information I asked several questions such as is this a loan or debt consolidation. I worked for a consolidation company before and informed the representative that I did not want my credit accounts closed as I can afford to make at least the minimum payments. I also ask again that my information is not shared or sold. I also asked that if my credit report the get a "soft inquiry" or a "hard inquiry" and was assured that it was a soft inquiry. Finally, was informed that if I moved forward and wa approved for a loan, I would withdrew the application if I did not agree with the loan terms. Once I reviewed the debt consolidation, I clearly said I wished to withdrew the application, however, the person abruptly ended the call. My complaint is that my request may have not been captured on the recorded call and may be ignored. I want to the company to withdraw my application and my personal removed from their system. I also wish to not be contacted via social media, email, phone or mail. I think this company is a scam.
