I entered into a contract in December 2023 with Strategic Consulting. The account representative is/was Christopher L***. A representative was sent to my house to sign legal retainer fee documents and such and everything seemed legitimate. It has now been 6 months since the automatic withdrawals from my account began in the amount of $904 a month since December. They have withdrawn fees and retainer fees in the amount of $854. My money has just sat in the account otherwise. I have tried calling but now the numbers don't work. The representative I was working with does not reply to emails for months. I finally just looked up the company owners and tried emailing them but they don't reply either. The phone number on their website no longer works. I called the FDIC account my money was going into and closed it. Though they are returning my funds, I am still out $854 plus the monthly fees of the account for $10.95 for 7 months ($76.65). I need a refund for $930.65

I received a flyer in the mail for a low interest rate loan. Upon contacting Strategic Consulting, I was told that debt consolidation was my only option. I entered into an agreement with Strategic/Levelone Law/ Global Holdings in June 2023. Since then I have paid $12,117.82. No debts have been resolved. If fact, upon getting access to a statement for the first time today, 5/8/2024, it shows I only have 5175.31 in my account. The rest of the money they paid themselves for fees, without resolving any issues, and in fact, only made things worse. I am now requesting a return of all fees, but I have not received any contact from this company in months. Any request to speak to them or call them goes unanswered. Every call states the office is closed. I was shocked to see that the amount of money they took in fees could have been used to resolve multiple payoffs to credit cards, but instead I am in litigation with no response from the company. Instead, my credit has just gone down to the bottom with no response or plan from the companies. I would like a refund of all money paid, including fees, as well as the money still sitting in my account. I could resolve these issues on my own. I have attached all documents showing the fraud.

In December 2023, I enrolled in Strategic Consulting's debt management program to tackle $55,570 in credit card debt. They assured me of a manageable plan with fixed payments and halted interest rates. After initial contact, both Strategic Consulting and the assigned attorney from ***** *** *** (***** *******) went silent in January 2024. Despite four monthly payments of $809.25 totaling $3,237, there was no progress on debt reduction. By March 2024, communication attempts with both companies proved fruitless. I subsequently stopped payments and contacted my creditors directly to address the outstanding debt. Unfortunately, I'm out $3,237 with the original debt still accruing interest.

My contract details with the Payment Intermediary (*****) is : Account Number: ****************, monthly payments as above.

I utilized the services of Strategic Counceling for a few months and I was told I could cancel at any time. I have emailed them and asked to cancel with no response and the multiple phone numbers I have for them have gone straight to “user busy” for the last week.

We signed up for debt relief, went through the qualifying process and then was told communication would happen. Then it just stopped. Tried to call the number that was provided and it wouldn’t even ring. Sent numerous emails and nothing. Reached out to the attorney by phone and email. Phone was never answered and after 3 emails, he wrote back “I’ll look into this” and never heard anything again. We tried to call the business and it answers but once you go through the prompts it just hangs up.

In December 2023 I received a notice in the mail from a Debt Consolidation Company called Strategic Consulting. It stated that they could reduce the amount owed on my credit cards and loans since I was getting behind on my payments. I inquired on line and a person named Aubreey F***** called me. She explained the program and e-mailed me showing the money I would save by consolidating with them.

I wasn't sure if I should use them or another company so I waited a little to think about it. Aubreey called a few times to follow up to see if I had made a decision. On January 3, 2024 I decided to work with this company. I gave all of the credit card numbers and loan information. She said that I needed to sign papers and meet in person with a notary that would come to my apartment. She said it was best if it happened right away. So she set it up for January 4, 2024 at 8am. The gentleman arrived and I signed a bunch of papers and he left me with some information and stated the someone would be in contact with me.

On January 8, 2024 received an e-mail from ****** ******** stating that they would be handling the banking for withdrawing the money from my account and making the payments to the creditors. I entered all of my bank withdrawal information on their site.
I figured that the next steps were for them to withdrawal the money twice a month and to start paying off my debt as planned.

On February 2, 2024, after the 2nd payment was withdrawn and I hadn't heard from anyone, I filled out a form on ****** ******** site to ask what the next steps would be. They e-mailed stating that they were a third-party vendor and that I should contact my Debt Settlement Provider the ******* ***** ***** *** and they also provided this phone number ***** ******** which is for a company called ********* *** ***** So I reached out to Aubreey via e-mail and I also called her at the number we had been calling back and forth on ***** *********  The phone line was now not in service. And I never received a response to my e-mail or the two follow up e-mails that I sent. Online I found the number for Whitney W****** ***** ********. I gave him a call and he said that he is in Las Vegas and that someone from New York should be getting in touch with me and he said that he would take care of it. He called me back and said that someone from the New York office would be calling me. By February 6, 2024 I hadn't heard back so I gave Whitney a call and he gave me Jim A******* phone number who would be handling everything for me. ***** ********. That day I also found a paper that the notary had left that had a contact on it for me. It said ****** ******* and had her number of ***** ******** and an e-mail of ****************************. There was also a number on it for client services of ************* and another e-mail ************************ I spoke to Jim and I had asked why no one reached out to me after I met with the notary and he said that some how I must have slipped through the cracks. He said that ****** works for him and she should be reaching out. He said that I should be sending any correspondence that I get from my creditors to the e-mail that I had on the sheet for *********. So I sent what I had received thus far and got the generic e-mail back saying that they would respond in 5-7 business days which never happened.

By February 7, 2024 I still did not hear from ******  so I called Jim back again. This time he explains to me that the company is under and audit from the government and has been so for a few weeks and that it was taking longer than usual and that they had to cease doing any transactions so that is why nothing was done with my accounts. He said that it should be handled within the next week and that I should call back in a week. I called back on 2/15/24 and left a message. I also called Whitney who said that he would get in touch with Jim. I felt that something was amiss so I did some researching on-line and saw that there was a lawsuit against them and all of these other alias companies of theirs that started in January Here is the link: ************************************************************************************************************* I went on to ****** ******** site to cease the bi monthly withdrawals but my information is greyed out and I cannot change it. The Customer Support number just goes to some ******** Company that wants to give you some free device.

I would like my money totaling $1,232.96 returned to me immediately and I would like all future withdrawals to be stopped and for them to erase my information from their database including all credit card, loan information and personal information including name, address, social security, phone number and e-mail address. I will of course contact my bank to be sure that they are not allowed to withdrawal from my account.

They should be covering costs for the hardship that I am now about to go through since no one had contacted any of my creditors and they think that I am just not paying and my credit score will be horrible for awhile

We made first contact on Jan 11th of 2024 and started a contract for debt relief to begin on 2/7. All of our information was given and a law firm, Brandon E****, contacted us to confirm the contract. Since then, no one will answer any phone calls or emails. The number on their web page disconnects. I have contacted the law firm but waiting to hear back from them. I am concerned because this is a debt consolidation company and they informed me that they would consolidate the debt so do not pay in the traditional way any longer. Now balances are soaring and I cannot afford to bring the rates back down.

I have been trying to get in touch with this company and every number is either disconnected and I can't get in touch with anyone at all. No one is able to give me any information, so I decided not to move forward with their services and have emailed them stating that my decision was final. I wish to not be contacted anymore. I am respectfully requesting that all of my personal data and information be permanently deleted from their database and not be shared with anyone. I do not wish to be contacted via email, phone and/or physical mail.
