    Ordered a watch mid December that was listed as call for availability. Waited a month to get a email saying it was finally ready to ship but there was an issue processing the payment. So I call, process the payment, and get email confirmation. Then I get a call a few days later saying that the watch went to another customer whose payment processed first. This is absolutely ridiculous that I had a ordered, processed a payment, and that watch gets given to someone else. If a watch must be sourced, it should be sourced for a specific order not a first come first served situation. So frustrating and very put off by this sale.

    ******** customer service. Estimated dates for shipping are far off. Called to see whats going on and they promised I would get it by the following week for Christmas 2.5 weeks and it still didnt ship despite the website saying 3-5 business days. They said they would overnight for free. Then called again because the items still did not ship got an attitude. Was told its my own problem. Refused to tell me her name, employee id, let me speak to a manager. Then she hung up on me. Not to mention wait times are an hour hold when you call.

    I'm ok with watches. But the box that was displayed in the pictures was not the box I received. This was a gift for a relative, and I expected a nice large box like the one on the item page. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to return or replace. Thus, 4 stars. Please have a correct photo of the box in which the watches will be presented.
