    I ordered a Tissot watch on February 12, 2025. On February 17, 2025, I checked the tracking number, and the status still showed "Shipping Label Created, **** Awaiting Item" since February 12.I called customer service. During my first call, I waited for about 19 minutes before speaking with an ******** who told me that the item had been shipped. I asked her to provide any proof of shipment, but she said she couldnt and insisted that the item had already been shipped. Since she claimed it had been shipped, I was also unable to cancel the order, even though she could clearly see what the tracking status showed. Then, she abruptly hung up.I called back a second time and waited for about 28 minutes. This time, I informed the second ******** that I was recording the call for insurance purposes and had to explain the entire situation again. Miraculously, as soon as I finished speaking, I suddenly couldnt hear herit was as if she had pressed the "mute" button on her end. After about a minute, she came back and said she "couldnt hear me" and needed to hang up and call me back. I kept saying, "Hello, hello..." but she still hung up and never called me back.This was my first time buying from ********, and I had a truly "wonderful" experience with their customer service.

    I have ordered numerous times from Jomashop for watches, fragrances and sunglasses. I have always had a positive experience with easy online ordering and fast shipping. They also sell items that they don't have in stock so you have to pay attention to estimated delivery times (or you can select the filter only items in stock tab). I am not patient, so I always order items that are in stock... They sell authentic items, they are one of only a handful of places I trust to purchase watches online.
