On Feb 6, 2026 I paid ~$8,995 up front for Fullstack Academy's part-time Cybersecurity Bootcamp (cohort REMOVED), sold under the REMOVEDname as live, instructor-led training on a working hosted lab platform, with CompTIA Security+ prep and career REMOVEDwas not delivered as represented. Using the provider's own published class recordings, Canvas course shell, and gradebook, I documented 77 vetted instances: 45 of the paid lab platform/tools failing during live class (crashes, failures to connect, VMs that froze or wouldn't launch); 26 tied to a mid-cohort curriculum replacement around Week 2 delivered incomplete (a block skipped, several never taught live), after which class after class was consumed by the instructor troubleshooting broken material; and 6 of defective content and assessments, including broken competency-check questions. My complaint is about the curriculum and lab platform, not the instructor, who worked around the broken materials to help students.I raised this in writing on June 4, 2026 and supplied dozens of timestamped examples on June 11. The business offered only a 33% refund ($2,968.35), based on attendance and contingent on signing a release of claims, and on June 18 issued a final denial calling the failures "normal instructional troubleshooting." After I declined, it withdrew me on June REMOVED(claiming "no response" the same day I replied), revoked my platform and Slack access, and removed the cohort's class-recording playlist from REMOVEDthe same recordings it claimed to have "examined in full context." I preserved copies. The same program is still being marketed to new Colorado students on the same representations.Desired resolution: a refund materially greater than the 33% offered, up to a full refund of the ~$8,995 paid, and a written acknowledgment of the defects.

I want to express my sincere and utter disappointment in the Fullstack Academy bootcamp program and file a formal complaint against this institution. It is a total scam. No accountability, total false advertising. They are stealing people's time and money in these programs. I have so much to say but apparently don't have enough space to write everything that I am feeling but please know, I have been in contact with a lot of Fullstack Alumni and every single one of them feels the same way. These programs can not continue to get away with this and I want at least some of my 19k Investment back. (13k on class and 6k for living expenses). I was part of the Full time Cybersecurity bootcamp from June 26, 2023 through September 15, 2023. The website advertised a 91% hiring rate with very good, in demand and high paying jobs after completing the bootcamp, full career coach support and did not guarantee job placement but said there is a huge success rate upon graduation. They encouraged career changers with no prior experience to apply and actually the words that I heard when I first started inquiring were, we encourage and prefer people coming from other industries with no prior experience. I was very proud of myself for taking an opportunity to learn a whole new skillset, meet new people and enter a new industry to finish off my career. I did not go into this for fun, to see if it was a good fit, etc. I have received no career support and no one else in my class has either. Please, please take this seriously as these programs at Fullstack are an absolute joke and they can not steal money from people and lie to us about all we will learn then none of us end up doing anything at all with that 19k investment in our futures. I honestly just feel sick that I did this program. I look forward to a response from you.Sincerely,REMOVED

I entered their Fullstack Academys Cyber Boot Camp around Feb 2023 and completed the course around Aug of 2023. During my time at Fullstack my cohort was assured we would receive career and job placement assistance. However, the assistance did not do anything to help my cohort to find work in cyber security. The assistance was given to us in the form of resume help and coaching. Fullstack also promised us that the corporate partners would post jobs for us to apply for after graduation. Fullstack corporate partners did not produce a single job to my knowledge. The course costs on average REMOVEDdollars. The advertising made it seem that we would easily be able to attain work in the cyber industry upon graduating. Their ads were seen on the Fullstack Academy website and on the VA.gov VETTEC webpage.
