      I do not have any phone service since Sept 26 2023. The company sent down their technicians after calling them so many times and said that the problem is not their wires and that they will have to contact ******* to check the cables. As of yet I am still waiting. This is getting absolutely rediculous. I am 88 years old and I am having to use a cellphone which is not easy at all for me and does'nt allow for out of country calls. I must have my phone up and working. Can you please help me out.       We have provided the customer with a temporary "HomeConnex" box which ill provide temporary service until ******* gets around to repairing this customers phone line.

      For the last 2 weeks we have zero long distance service. It is not fair. When I ask to speak to a supervisor nobody answers. I want a Credit for the long distance loss and time lost to calling and trying to get my phone and thousands of others also to work

      My home phone is not working for 6months now and they keep billing me monthly, now I cant port my number to another carrier since exchange is not allowing claiming I owe them money

      Based on the limited information you have provided.  I am not able to identify this account.  There is no Account number and no phone number for me to look this up with?  Based on the address provided, I only have one customer and its not the name provided..
