"the company has dicusting customer service i could wait on the line for hours and not get a rep to talk to and after waiting hours (or days) they don't even help me or bang down the phone on me trying to fix my internet already for 4 months and no body is helping me"

"the service from this company stinks from top to the bottom, I was a potential new customer, had ordered phone service, took over 3 weeks for someone to schedule installation service, then a few days later they called me back, they got me overbooked on that day & the next available date was a week later, got ****** off I canceled the service, but they ended up porting my number anyway w/o authorization, since this happened i was trying to give them one more chance, after speaking with someone in installation scheduling (which he happens to be very helpful) he made another appointment for early morning schedule for 4 days later, don't forget I'm still w/o phone service as my number was ported out to Xchange, but i didn't have any equipment to have it work, called ************ every day to have my number transferred to my cell phone, nothing was done, every day i was told it should happen shortly, & then finely the day of installation arrived, and of course no one showed up, this is unbelievable wasted a half a day for nothing, so here i am a week w/o phone service & this company is a disgrace, if you want to avoid aggravation then stay away form them as far as you can"
