      Quick shipping but item description as new is completely false. I have purchased several Plantronics 104 the past couple years from Truck Stops since it is a drivers headset. The 2 that I bought from cellxpo are refurbished not new that the website is claiming. 1 headset has a non-OEM cable that connects the earpiece to the battery. OEM is a flat red cable..the one on the headset is twisted stran wire and not to mention the earpiece itself is not OEM either..2 headsets, 2 different earpieces..one is a solid foam with the Plantronics logo embedded in the ****..the other is perforated with no logo, which that is the one without ************ cable..not to mention you can tell both headsets have been worn and used.

      TOTAL SCAM! I PURCHASED FROM THEM PRIOR TO CHECKING BBB REVIEWS. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER! THEY DID NOT EVEN SEND ME A CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDER. THEY DO NOT HAVE A PHONE EITHER! BIG RED FLAG SHOULD HAVE FLASHED IN MY FACE! FORTUNATELY, MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY IS REFUNDING ME FOR MY PURCHASE AND PUTTING THIS COMPANY ON THE ***** LIST.

      They shipped me a broken product, I emailed 3 times asking how I could exchange the broken product for a non broken product. When they finally emailed me back they stated "product you ordered is the product we shipped. product ships in good condition" I emailed again asking how I could return the item, and they still have not replied.

      Ordered a product and they created a shipping label. **** has yet to actually receive the package. I have sent 3 emails with no response. All phone numbers are disconnected and now the ****** listing is closed to reviews. I should have read the reviews before making a purchase. This person needs to be in jail.
