I purchased headphones from the vendor. When I received them, i could tell they were used and not new. Also, the default language wasnt English and it cant be changed so, i couldnt interact with the headphones. The worse part and what make this a deal breaker is that the batteries inside the headphones are bad. They should last 5 hours on a full charge, but they only last less than 5 minutes. The batteries are faulty from being old and never charged. I asked for a refund, but im not getting a response from the vendor.Business Response

Ordered ******** s10 Bluetooth headphones 3/20/24. I received the unit on 3/27/24. I opened the shipping bag and inside the headphones were in a plastic reclosable bag (no box or instructions). I charged the headphone more than an hour and tried to connect to my phone. It would not connect and it kept turning off. I had this same headset (s9 version) so l have an idea how to use it. The item I ordered wasn't available, so instead of letting me know and asking how I'd like to proceed, they sent an older cheaper model that the specific one I paid for. I immediately requested a refund and a return shipping label. They took several days to get back to me, then said it was close enough. I replied it wasn't what I specifically ordered and paid for. On 10/24/22 I ordered a Plantronics Bluetooth Headset Voyager **** Bluetooth Earpiece (Order #***** : **** tracking #**********************). On Friday 11/4/22 I received a package that was supposed to have contained the earpiece. Unfortunately, the earpiece and charging cord were packaged in only a flimsy plastic bag not a padded bag or box as it should have been. The plastic bag got caught up in one of the machines while going through the **** system and was mangled. The actual earpiece was lost and did NOT arrive with the charging cord. I immediately sent an email to CellXPo. On 11/10/2022 I received the following response : package shipped complete. you may contact your local **** regarding the package.I would like them to ship me another Plantronics Bluetooth Headset Voyager **** Bluetooth Earpiece. -OR- If they insured the package I will need that information to file a claim with the ****. If they did not insure the package, I want a full refund because I DID NOT RECEIVED THE **** I PURCHASED. Because of inadequate packaging I did NOT RECEIVE what I had purchased (a new Plantronics Bluetooth headset). I should be given the NEW Plantronics headset I ordered or a full refund. Although, given the behavior of CellXPo, perhaps a full refund is the better outcome.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:For a business to say "product is sold as advertised and ships in bulk packaging" means nothing to a consumer except the "product is sold as advertised" part. I purchased a new Plantronics Bluetooth headset and expected to RECEIVE a new Plantronics Bluetooth headset. I did NOT. A business has an obligation to ship the merchandise in a manner so as to ensure the package 'survives' the shipping process and arrives at its destination in tact. The **** website says to "Pack your box to protect your contents and make sure the box arrives intact." Those are the guidelines. That is what customers expect. Whether the item ships "in bulk packaging" or not - it should still be packaged in such a way as to arrive intact as the **** says.
I did NOT receive the item I purchased and was charged for. At this point I am unwilling to do business with a company so devoid in basic business ethics. I am requesting a FULL REFUND of my purchase.
