      I ordered new ******* earbuds off of Cellxpo's website on November 23rd, 2022. [Order #*****] They arrived and do not work. They will not hold a charge. I immediately sent an email to them letting them know of the problem. I have had no response. Their telephone number is not in service.I feel like I have been taken in by a scam artist. Their address, as listed on the website, is ********************************. Phone **************.*************

      I purchased a Plantronics 110 Bluetooth. I received it in a timely manner, but it doesnt work it powers on, and it pairs to my phone, but the volume will not turn up on it. No matter what I do. Ive had the same model for five or six years and I know how to work it and pair it this item is defective. I have emailed the company about six times to find out what to do to get another one or a refund and they will not answer me.
