      I have contacted Cellxpo about the order with I ordered. They send me a black pair instead of the silver behind the neck headphones. I sent them pictures of the item that was sent in a play bag. Only thing I wanted was for them to make my order right. I would advise anyone to read the reviews and think twice about ordering from this ********** a customer we are entitled to what we pay for and receive it in a timely manner. ??

      They deserve no stars! A fraudulent company that sent me a used, defective item and REFUSED to respond to my daily email requests for a *** so I can return the item. I do not want a replacement - I ordered a NEW item. I would recommend that NO ONE EVER buy anything from this fraudulent company. They don't even have a phone number.

      I did not get my package. They said it was sent to a house. They showed a picture. I know this house. It was not sent there. And they have cameras. The picture they put on there saying that's were it was left. Was the picture from maps. Taking from the road. No package in the picture. I ordered two open ear buds. They are very hard to find. I just want what I paid for. You have to leave a star. I did not want to. They need to be negative 100. Very bad. Cellxpo very very bad!!

      I started on Best Buy website and had no Idea I was booted over to a resale shop. I received what I wanted but not in the condition I was expecting. I have sent them two emails requesting information on how to return for a refund and both have been unanswered. I would never have ordered if I had known the product was not new.

      I have ordered a Plantronics m165 Bluetooth earpiece and I have no clue what they sent me but it is not what I ordered or want and I have repeatedly sent emails to them to try and resolve this and get what I want but they won't respond

      I ordered a headset and never received it. I contacted them and they said there was a glitch in their system and that the money was fraudulently received by another company. They then told me to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge and to send them another payment to receive my item. I contacted PayPal and they are handling the issue. The money went to a company called Tabany not sure of the spelling as the name was given to me over the phone. Obviously, cell pop is playing a game

      **************** is absolutely AWFUL. Ordered a head set and had to reputedly email to get tracking information. For 3 weeks tracking only said shipping label was started. Tracking never said shipped. Took 3 weeks to get item. Don't need a smart response back asking for an order #. I hope other customers see all these current reviews! Steer clear from ordering from this company . Buyer be very aware!!

      Quick shipping but item description as new is completely false. I have purchased several Plantronics 104 the past couple years from Truck Stops since it is a drivers headset. The 2 that I bought from cellxpo are refurbished not new that the website is claiming. 1 headset has a non-OEM cable that connects the earpiece to the battery. OEM is a flat red cable..the one on the headset is twisted stran wire and not to mention the earpiece itself is not OEM either..2 headsets, 2 different earpieces..one is a solid foam with the Plantronics logo embedded in the ****..the other is perforated with no logo, which that is the one without ************ cable..not to mention you can tell both headsets have been worn and used.
