      The worst customer service I have ever encountered. We ordered a washer and dryer in early March (with an estimated delivery of 2 weeks). It is May 23rd and we still don't know when it will arrive. When we asked, they said "delivery dates are estimates." It's been OVER 2 MONTHS WITH ALMOST NO COMMUNICATION. They are unresponsive and customer service is a joke. We had a dryer arrive damaged and have had to follow up countless times to even get them to send ** a new one. I cannot recommend strongly enough finding another place.

      The customer is not being truthful in this review they agreed to accept the delivery of this unit for a discount and did not want to wait for a replacement.

      Absolutely ruthless, salesman does not stand by anything I ordered a 18 inch seat wheelchair. Drive chair lynx, Told the gentleman I would call back soon as there was only one left.Call back 23 days later I spoke to a gentleman. He says he sees the request and quoted some number which I didnt understand and when I asked him he didnt understand it either told him I would order the wheelchair that I discussed with the first salesman I received it, it was a 20 inch, would not pass through the hallways to the bedrooms Wheelchair was re-boxed, called them the next day The sales manager overtly lied when he said he listen to the conversation, and I was the one who provided the model number, and that is absolutely a lie, the salesman didnt even know what the model number meant All I wanna do is return the wheelchair at no cost and exchange it for the ***************************************************************************** two different times They are ruthless, slimy salesman, the last time they sold a wheelchair was five years ago The first conversation was quite simple 18 inch wheelchair, I will call back; call back, told him I want to drive lunx, he gave me a number which I had no idea what it was and neither did he I have the 20 inch wheelchair all boxed up and they are not standing by any type of return that is reasonable based on their issues Signed, *******

      If I could give no stars I would. After spending $600 to ship, via ****** the $1800 air conditioner back to Appliances Connection they claim they never received it. ***** disputes this and has a signature of the item being received. Alas, I am now out $2400 and no hope of a refund. BEWARE! Do not order from them!

      Ordered an appliance (double column fridge and freezer panel- $7K). Told it would be delivered in 5 days. Nope. It was 12. Then, arrived horribly damaged. They would not replace it until we paid another $3K to order another fridge with the promise of getting a new one delivered and refunding the money once the old fridge is picked up. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Rude. Condescending. Seriously order from anywhere else.

      Hello, 

      This customer review is not true. They were offered the option to do an advance replacement where they pay up front and then they're refunded once the old unit is picked up or they have the option to do a free replacement that is when the old unit is picked up first and then the new unit is shipped. The customer's new item is scheduled to be delivered between 5/15/2023-5/23/2023.

      One of the worst companies we've ever worked with! We bought a stove almost 2 years ago - they sent ** a faulty one that used toxic chemicals on the insulation around the wiring. It took us several months to get a replacement. When we finally got one, after calling every single week and being lied to constantly, they sent the replacement that had the exact same problem as the first stove - the stove was not usable again. We had several technicians out that agreed the stove needed to be returned and was not usable. To this day we are still fighting with them, trying to get them to pick up the stove and refund ** and they are still lying to ** every single week. So for almost 2 years we haven't had an oven to cook any meals in. Every holiday, every birthday or occasion, we haven't had a stove. These people are liars, they are rude, they are awful to work with. We've wasted so much of our lives arguing with them. Don't use this company!!!!!!!

      DO NOT BUY from Appliances Connection! My wife bought an **** range, delivered in early November. It worked for about 10 days. The **** service technician (She got them out here because we could get no action from these people.) said it was a bad motherboard and it would take at least 6 months to get replacement. She spent the next 3+ months trying to get them to replace it. So we had no oven for Thanksgiving or Christmas. We finally had to hire a lawyer (Money out of my pocket). Yes, we finally got a refund for the range. Compensation or even an apology for our inconvenience? Our attorney's fee? Hah! Stay far away from these crooks.BTW, if you go to their website and see their reviews and customer rating, they are obviously cherry-picked, if not self-created. There was no place for me to leave a review.

      This business is a disgrace and I wish I had seen THESE reviews before purchasing appliances with them. Their customer service and delivery service is designed to be a racket/borderline fraudulent. They charge for haul away and install, then they find something about the install that can't performed and leave you with figuring out how to do the ************, pocketing the extra chargers and making it very difficult to receive any refund. I had this happen to me twice (with both appliances that I ordered) and it's been taking me months to get refunds. I am still trying to get credit for haul away and a refund for the a delivery they did not install. I urge you to find any other business besides Appliance Connection -- you will surely be sorry!

      We ordered a dishwasher in December, they delivered our product very quickly. I can only assume because it was the end of the year. However, the unit broke the day they delivered it through no fault of ours. It came defective. We agreed to have it fixed because we were told it was one part and it could be fixed quickly. The part was shipped to us and we scheduled service to come out. The service company told us they could not fix the issue because they didn't know that it would be so involved and didn't have time to do the repair. We scheduled them to come out for the second time. They couldn't do the repair that time either because a second part was needed to finish the repair. We contacted customer service at this point asking for a return because this unit was obviously defective beyond what it was worth at this point and we wanted a new working unit. They denied our return. They even told us to contact another company ******************* who had no idea why they referred us to them as we are outside of their servicing area. We then had no other option but to schedule a third appointment for repair. They shipped out the second part needed and when the service company came to our house they told us the wrong part was shipped. How this many miscommunications were made is beyond me. After taking off from work 3 times and being inconvenienced for a brand new unit, we called demanding a replacement or we'd file with BBB. The customer service rep was useless, rude, and this company is awful. They are incompetent and can not even communicate correctly with their servicing company. Three times to fix a new unit is ridiculous and even after all the trouble we are unable to use this unit because it is still broken. We contacted them 5 days ago and they still have made no attempt to replace our unit or return our money. They sold us a "lemon" essentially and 2 months later we have nothing to show for our money.

      Terrible experience across three purchases. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!I ordered a dishwasher, and before it arrived a refrigerator. My neighbor actually ordered a dishwasher around the same time.All three arrived separately with damage. As far as I can tell they make a business out of reselling damaged goods. The delivery people are trained and even have managers they put you on with to hard press you to accept the goods so they can repair them later and/or give you a discount. After waiting so long in anticipation of your purchase you may be tempted to accept delivery but REFUSE. If you do buy from Appliances Connection be ready to thoroughly inspect and refuse delivery on anything with even a scratch. Don't talk to the manager they will want to put on who will try every tactic including scare tactics to get you to take it. Install services are also terrible. They also claimed the dishwasher couldn't be installed but that's because the truck drivers they have do the installs have no idea what they are doing. It was later installed with zero issue by a real installer and all the extra parts they told me to buy were not needed.After much hassle I got the dishwasher installed, front replaced and am just living with a dented $5k refrigerator they could not repair.Buy from a reputable local dealer that will stick behind their end-to-end service.

      This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. They may deliver your item, but if you have an issue, good luck! They show only the 5-star reviews on their site. They won't call you back and you wait in hold queues for 30 minutes or more. I had an issue with a mistake that the installer made and they just won't respond. I will never buy from them again. Their website and message center is deliberately complex.
