      Ordered a fridge for a rental property on 7/17/23 due to current fridge suddenly dying and paid extra to have it shipped express as well as set up and old one hauled away. Received the confirmation email and 2 days later an email stating it would be delivered on Friday 7/21. All good- so I thought until on Thursday 7/20 around 11:45am I receive a phone call from the shipping company that they have the delivery and will be bringing it in an hour. I asked him why they were delivering it a day early and if they had called our tenants number which was listed for delivery and he told me kind of rudely that the tenants were not answering their phone and that they had a bunch of cancelations that day so they were going to deliver that day. I explained that the tenant was probably not answering because they work and they are not home as well so no one will be there to accept the delivery. I checked the delivery confirmation email and saw that it definitely said Friday 7/21 and told the gentleman that the delivery should go the next day. He hung up and the next day no one delivered the refrigerator. Not only did no one deliver it, but no one called. The tenant called the freight company and was told "the truck broke down". We find this pretty sketchy. Fast forward to Monday/today, no call. So tenant calls again- they need a fridge- and are told the fridge was sent back to *************** states over. So I call Appliance Connection and am told they had emailed the freight company who had not replied as of yet. Told I will need to wait until tomorrow for a response. I demanded compensation and was told they would refund the $70 express fee. As far as I'm concerned that is not enough given what happened. The whole point was for our tenants to NOT have to wait more than a few days without a fridge. We would have gone elsewhere if we knew the freight company would be so unreliable.

      Order a refrigerator from them and got charged immediately. Next day I found out that they didn't have the fridge in stock, would have to wait for a week to have it shipped and would take at least 3 weeks for us to receive it. We requested cancel the order immediately as we couldn't wait for that long and purchased the fridge from a local store instead.Sent many emails and got the confirmation that the order was cancelled, no refund has seen so we kept calling and emailing, every time got promised that it would be refunded in 2-3 business days, but nothing happened. Can't waste time any more, hence I went ahead to dispute with my credit card and will file a complain with BBB if things go nastier.Buyers be aware, you may save a bit but also got chance to be in bad situation.

      Less than 1 star if it was possible. I purchased a grill, it needed to be returned, I returned it all according to their return policy. In the meantime, I get a notice from the company that their data has been breached. Turns out, coincidentally, my debit card was used fraudulently, so I needed to cancel my card and have a new one reissued. Now they will not refund my return to my new card or send me a check. The only option was to dispute the original charge with my bank. I did so, and the bank requested numerous documents and communication copies, I reached out to Applicance Connection to provide the requested information, never heard back and since then my bank has closed the dispute. I have called numerous times to request a check or refund on my new card, I never receive a call back, I keep calling and keep having to go through the whole process/story again and again always to be told I will get a call back. STAY AWAY!

      I cannot recommend this company. Their practices are poor at communication, follow through, and customer satisfaction. Time is not of the essence. Talking to their support line is one big red flag...here are some others..Warning flags:1: Ordered high-end dishwasher on 6/30 (on-line). They had problem with expiration month on the CC card and sat on the order for a week. They never called to say there was a problem. Finally I called them. They apologized and said they hadn't followed their process. 2: I wrote in order with white glove install I needed custom panel installed. No response. Opened ticket and stated the same. No response. Eventually learned their response went to spam. Marketing emails don't go to spam. Weird.3: Called to ask how long after shipping would product arrive? Agent would NOT answer. Found on web site it said about 2 weeks...which was pretty close. 4: Product ships to **** delivery center and sits for days (I'm in ********). I call them to find out why...leaving v-mail. They don't answer or call back...but later that day set a delivery window via multiple automated systems.5. Dishwasher shows up at 6:30p in 4-8:30 window. Delivery guys won't install custom panel. Not sure I want dishwasher without panel installed. Call store who won't install panel, ever. Insist they will charge $150 to refuse delivery.6. I give up. Ask delivery guys to install the dishwasher without the panel. They are tired of waiting (30 min) and refuse to do anything (even though within delivery window and last stop).7, Delivery (AM Home Delivery) guys are personable and wrong. They tell me they tried to call the store and it is closed..it isn't, they didn't. They say panel needs brackets that don't ship with dishwasher, wrong again. One guy says glue it. Really wrong.Why pay for this? Spend a lot don't get dishwasher in a month. Next time Best Buy.

      Buyers Beware defective products!! We ordered a washer and dryer back in June and it was delivered 7/7. The delivery team came inspected the washer and informed me that sometimes the forklift in warehouse cause little damage taking inventory off shelf. The dent on the washer didnt seem harmful to the unit and the company offered a $110 discount. However I attempted to use my new dryer and heard this loud banging noise from dryer do to the drum hitting the dented external of the unit. Well when my husband pulled the dryer out that too was damaged. I called customer service a few days later and have been given the runaround from one person to another. Finally got a response by email on 7/17 for the representatives to inform me that the discount was for both washer and dryer damages which I had no idea of. The deceitful tactics of this company to sell damaged goods is unacceptable and not reputable. I am still waiting for some resolution and very frustrated with the rude customer service. No consumer should have to endure such service when spending their money.

      Our refrigerator died and I needed one quickly with custom panels to match our kitchen. Ordered it on 5/2/23 arrived 5/9 so I was very content with the fast delivery. Although we ,had to convince the delivery guys to install the refrigerator even though I paid for the white glove service, we had to pay them in addition as well???????. Next day we realize no ice was made , so we called them Their auto response is to put it in an e-mail and wait ***** hours for a response. After weeks of back and forth they send someone to replace the ice maker, he doesnt check to see if the original works just replaces it and leaves. Well it doesnt work so I start the process again, now we are over two months and nothing has been resolved. Still no ice maker, I ordered the custom panels and even they are ready but no ice maker and no response. This has been the most frustrating experience and they just dont care to follow up or seek any resolution. Sadly I found all the five star reviews before I purchased they must be fake news Their business model absolutely *****.

      Wow. I guess I'm not alone. I purchased a bath vanity with double sinks from Appliances Connection back in October of 2022 and I'm still dealing with them. Everything was damaged, I assume which happened during delivery, but the damage wasn't discovered until unboxing it later. The delivery person refused to bring it in my home, even though I had "in-home delivery" stamped all over my order. I specifically selected "in-home delivery" since the boxes were so heavy and I couldn't do it on my own. After much back and forth and crappy offers to keep the damaged goods that I cannot use, they are telling me I have to pay $450-500 to freight return ship back a damaged cabinet to receive a full refund. They are out of their mind. They do not care about customer service or righting their wrongs. They blame shipping damage or QA lack-thereof on their customers and try to pin the responsibility on us for their negligence. I've never dealt with a business so terrible. I also tried to leave a review for the product I purchased on their website and shockingly it isn't there. Like others say, the reviews are fake. It's not hard to fake reviews. If anyone took the time to read and fully understand their insane return policy, no one would buy from them. They are an online appliances company and pin all responsibility on the customer!

      Definitely less than 1 star. After receiving the wrong color oven antique white (it shows white on their website, but is buttercream in person) I had the most grueling process of returns. I knew the second I saw it, it was wrong. I was first told I needed to may $379 for return shipping, which I agreed upon. The next day was told I also had to pay a restocking fee. Yet they charged a 15% restocking fee which was $865 and $379 return shipping fee. So $1244 later I was able to get a refund for my remaining money. Im completely disgusted. Thats SO much money for them to scam on a misleading product that was falsely advertised on their website and now the consumer is paying for it.

      I purchased a hood filter recirculating kit on the advice of an employee of their company. It was the wrong kit for my range hood. When I tried to return it they refused on the basis it was over 30 days since I bought it. This is part of a total kitchen remodel so I had to wait until all the cabinets, countertops and tile was installed before the hood. I opened the package 2 days ago. I am a remodeling contractor and have never come across a company refusing to return an item that was not installed, or even completely unpackaged. Had I made the wrong purchase on my own then that's buyer beware, but I purchased this on the advice of Appliances Connection. Their customer service is atrocious and I will be sure to tell my clients to stay well clear of these people. You should too. Just read other reviews regarding their customer service...or lack thereof.

      If it were possible to give a negative star I would . This company lies through their collective teeth. Even the supervisors are dirty.I continued to ask if a certain, very expensive refrigerator had an ice maker. I read their website, but nothing said otherwise. I tried to contact ********, but I was told to talk to a dealer. Finally, a salesman said yes, in fact this refrigerator did have an ice maker and then proceeded to sell me a water hose as well. Even the website made additional suggestions that I would need a hose for the ice machine. Guess what, no ice maker.
