I contacted elite home warranty on 1/17, 1/19 (twice), 1/24, 1/29, 2/2 (twice), and 2/3 concerning my heat not functioning. To this date, I still do not have heat. They have been taking over $800 a month from my account and I have been receiving subpar service. I have been told that I would receive calls, and no one return my calls. I mostly talk to *******. He said that he would call me back yesterday but did not. He is overall professional when I call but promising a call then not calling back is unacceptable and I had already discussed that with him following the supervisor not returning my call. I am not happy with the customer service that I am receiving. I am unhappy that I have not had heat for over 2 weeks. I need my heat repaired like a week ago. This is unacceptable. It has been an excessive amount of time waiting on this repair. I am sure that my electric bill will be over $600 or more because the unit was running constantly for days because the tech told me not to turn it off. After he did not return when he said that he would, I turned the unit off because ice was on top of the outside unit when I went outside on the following the day that he was supposed to return to my property.
