    On 6/21/25 I ordered a home music receiver. Then I noticed I ordered 2 receivers. I emailed **** to let them know I ordered (2). **** response was if you send both of the receivers back make sure theyre in the original box. I keep one and never open the other. **** then send me a return label. I send the package back and they receive it in a prompt time. I asked for a refund and they never sent it. **************** keeps telling me once we check to see if the receiver in its original package we will send you your refund. Its now going on several months later. For my refund.

    Failure to honor replacement/refund after return of defective speaker product. Ongoing issue since February 2025, with no resolution despite following all instructions.Complaint Details:On September 29, 2024, I purchased a **** speaker through ****** (Order #******************** for $385.83.The first unit worked briefly, but the battery began swelling, emitted a chemical odor, and became unsafe. I contacted ****, and they instructed me to return the unit for repair. I did, and they replaced the battery.The repaired unit again failed after a short period same battery-related issue. I reported this to **** on February 28, 2025. They instructed me to dispose of the product and said they would send a brand-new replacement.When the new replacement arrived, the outer casing of the speaker was detached from the main body. I didnt notice this right away as it remained boxed, but when I did, I reached out to **** for help reassembling the casing (as the speaker is meant for outdoor use and weather protection was required). They advised me how to fix it but I lacked the necessary tool. I requested an exchange instead.**** agreed via email and instructed me to return the broken unit. I shipped it to them and it was received on June 4, 2025 **** Tracking *******************).Since then, I have followed up multiple times with no response or resolution. I now have neither the product nor a refund, and I am out nearly $**************** has declined to help further, stating that since the return was directed through the seller (****), it is out of their hands.

    I purchased a **** Pro PA System on March 9th of 2025. July of this year the unit stopped working I contacted Pyle USA to start a warranty claim. The purchase was made through **** and after I provided positive feedback for the purchase I deleted the the purchase information from my account. When I tried to file a claim, the representative at **** stated that I would need all the information showing I had purchased it. I was not able to retrieve the original purchase receipt but I did send information to the company showing the date of purchase, the company I purchased it from, and the receipt from my bank statement. Even with all the information the company refuse to even provide warranty help.

    We made a purchase with an **************** card on June 20, 2025 for $356.22. The order was for a portable speaker, PPHP1299WU.5, and two speaker stands, PSTND2. Someone in Pyle USA's shipping department added label 1 of 3 and 2 of 3 to a box with only one tripod. We have extensive email traffic with the company requesting they correct this problem by giving us a refund for the missing tripod and all we have gotten is schlock behavior and stonewalling. The disputed amount is $46.49, the price for the tripod we paid for but never received. It is quite clear to us that this company merits investigation for shoddy business practices.

    I ordered a pull-up bar from Pyle USA and it does not fit our standard doors, as it was advertised. Then, when I tried to return it, their website form would not accept the model number so I was unable to submit the return. This is anti-consumer behavior intended to create obstacles to returning falsely advertised products.

    Bought a Serene portable AC UNIT from ****** from this company . Unit worked great for a while then stopped blowing cold air. We tried all the trouble shooting steps but nothing worked. Contacted Pyleusa Who emailed and said it probably needed coolant and that cant be fixed so they would send a new unit out as a replacement. See below message on May 21, 2025 Hello ****,Thanks for reaching out, and Im sorry your SLPAC12.5 isnt cooling as it should. Since you've already tried basic troubleshooting like cleaning the filters and power cycling, it sounds like the unit may have lost refrigerant, which unfortunately cant be refilled.Well go ahead and get a replacement sent out to you.Since then Ive sent numberois emails to follow up and get oh we are backed up but its processing but never processed . This has been going on for almost 2 months now and still no replacement . I think they are lying and are not planning on really sending g out a replacement . My last message was not answered and now are ghosting me . I think this company is not legitimate. I wouid like a replacement as promised .

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Pyle USA regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    They still will not send out a replacement unit as promised by the emails dating back to May. They now want me to return the unit to them and I would have to pay to ship it back before they would possibly send a replacement. This not what was promised to me from the beginning. I am not where the unit is anymore until end of August and this is just a way for them to let more time pass. They should be sending out a replacement or shipping label to return item back to them or should have stayed this from the original email in May.

    I purchased this from PYLE USA and it is missing parts, I contacted them and went back and forth providing all information, they told me the parts were on the way. Then they just emailed me they will not be sending me the replacement parts

    I purchased a guitar from **** on Apil 16th. I found the guitar for a cheaper price on a partner website. Before purchasing the cheaper guitar, I canceled my first order. I canceled order Order ******** at 1 PM on April 17th. I received the item on April 21st. On April 21st, I initiated a return to the company via the online chat. There was a disconnect on the chat. I tried again a few days later. I was told on April 30th via email that I would receive a pre-paid shipping label to return the guitar. I again initiated contact and was then told that I would have to pay the shipping cost to return the guitar. I just want to return the guitar without financial impact to myself. I asked for my complain to be escalated. I feel that I should not be responsible for their inability to cancel the order and their offer of a free shipping label.

    I was told I would receive instructions and a return label to my email. The message sent to me is in Dutch and French and unable to be translated into English. It appears to be a spam message. There were security warnings when I opened the message link. They have sent it to me multiple times - the same spam-like message. They asked for a secondary email address. I sent them a secondary email address, they did not send any emails to the secondary email address. My last contact with them was 7 days ago when I requested an escalation, a third request for a phone call, and to work with a different customer service agent. I have also contacted the again through chat, and I was re-directed to my customer service agent. 

    At this point, I want my money back. I am not even sure if I return the guitar that I would get my money back.

    I received a floor robot vacuum as a gift. It did work, I filled in all warranty information and contacted the company. They sent me a used product that didn't work. I contacted the company again, they sent another marked refurbished, that also didn't work. I contacted the company again, after several weeks they responded telling me they don't send used or refurbished products and basically told me I was untruthful and said to send them back the 2 worthless products I eagerly agreed asking for prepaid labels so they can confirm that they don't work. More weeks passed and I received an email telling me where to send the products AT MY OWN EXPENSE. It would cost more than half of what it would cost to go to a local store and buy a similar product. I believe this company is negligent and aware they are peddling garbage and do not stand by their warranty. After 5 months of trying to work this out with them, via email , as that is the only way to engage with them I am at a wits end. Awful, buyer beware.

It is costing me time and energy and the customer service I have received has been AWFUL! I submitted the correct warranty ticket while the item was under warranty, and continue to receive denials and refusals with no effort to "make this right"...
