      Not happy with them, we hav ebeen working on a claim for our stove since Dec 21 and still do not have a resuloution to the issue. After their repair person said the oven part of teh stove is dead and beyond repair, they are playing teh game, we need more info.

      My experience with CPS has been great. filed a claim and within a few days it was resolved. Customer ********************** was great and very courteous and took her time in explaining the process. deff recommend!!!!!!

      My experience with ****** and CPS was great! Purchased electronics and the warranty covered the malfunction in total! The claims process was a bit confusing at first but after reaching out for help ****** was able to help me complete and process my claim! Took less than 2 days for resolution. Sorry for others with different experiences but they've been great for me.

      I bought a washer and dryer back in 2022 and the warranty was through CPS (warranty was bought for 3-4 years I believe). Warranty was registered timely and everything. Anyways, there was a crack on the dryer so I filed a claim. They denied it stating "Your plan offers coverage from the same type of issues that the manufacturer would cover during the original warranty period. Unfortunately, physical, impact, cosmetic, or water damage are not covered under the manufacturers warranty and therefore not covered under this plan". Drying clothes would in no way cause that crack.I literally typed out and informed them of the ** warranty information where it states the warranty period for the dryer drum is 3 years, parts only. I requested for an internal review since I didn't agree with the decision, which they still haven't contacted back, its been more than the 3-5 business days. I sent a general inquiry follow-up message to see if they were just behind or who I might be able to contact to follow-up on that status, haven't received a response. I just got off with a CPS Customer ********************** Representative and she just kept mentioning it didn't fall under the warranty and it isn't under **'s Warranty. So warranty coverage means nothing as it covers nothing. If any places offer this extended warranty company in the future, I will reject it.

      Think twice before buying a warranty from CPS. I purchased a TV and bought their 3 year extended warranty. TV goes out in less than a year so I filed a claim with them. They have me pay $100 out of my pocket (which they said would be refunded because it turns out I didnt even need to get someone because they had been in talks with the manufacturer about the *** I have yet to get that refund in the mail. I wont hold my breath on that. I submit the repair invoice to them as that was my only job as the customer. 4 days later I get an email saying we have given the claim over to ***** Okay, so I wait another 4 days and **** calls me to say they arent liable to help me. I call back CPS to tell them this and they have no idea whats wrong, must be some sort of miscommunication they said. So guess what? I wait another few days, havent heard anything. I then call CPS about the hold up. They then want me to email a manager. (Why am I having to jump through hoops as the customer? Why cant a manager call me?) I know customer ********************** is the last thing on most companies minds in the year ****, but come on. So I wait another week and they send me a settlement of $800 (the tv cost $1400+) they said this is fair market value, really? The same TV is selling on Amazon and **** for $1800+. My tv is just about a year old and they want me to settle for that? $800 couldnt even buy me the same TV or something similar, not then close. I declined, now waiting on them to respond. Its been 8 days since Ive heard from them. It has been well over a MONTH now dealing with this claim. Do yourself a favor. Save your time, money and sanity by NOT buying a CPS warranty. ***** thank me later.

      Fraudulent practices. I had purchased a 2 year warrenty and forgot to register it and when my tv broke I put the Warrenty through and they said because I registered it late that I was denied my claim. Don't use this company it's a total fraud.

      Have had a terrible experience working with CPS. I used their service for an expensive microwave i bought when remodeling my kitchen. The microwave had some issue with the transformer and required repair. They hired some guy to come take a look at it, he determined it need a replacement part, came back the next week with the part and the microwave was not any better, he said he knew what was wrong said he was gonna order the replacement part, and we never heard from anyone again for a month. Called several times and would get roundabout answers, all in all its been about two months and I still had a dysfunctional microwave. CPS is the absolute worst service I have ever used. Ever time my call is forwarded to a call center overseas where everyone is using a fake name so they have no accountability for their uselessness. The irony that would have 'priority' in their name at all is almost laughable. If I could give them negative stars i would.
