      I have had nothing but great experiences with this company. They walked me through a claim on a warranty. They thoroughly and promptly responded to all of my questions.       I texted a request for assistance in completing my registration rather than waiting on hold. ******* texted me within a minute and asked what I needed. I gave her the information that I could not enter into the online form myself and she completed the registration; within a minute I received a confirming email that the registration had been completed. Thank you *******!

      Took care of entering my claim. Without asking she added all of my warranties to my account. Sometimes a little hard to understand because of accent.
