      I called in to start a claim for my LG range. **** ***** was very helpful in submitting the claim. Lily was attentive to my situation and correctly logged in my problem. She read back to me what she interpreted the issue to be and she was spot on. In this day and age when I find customer ********************** to be lacking, Lily restored my faith that there are still people who want to provide the kind of service that we used to get and deserve as customers.I worked on a hotline providing customer and technical ********************** for 7 years and am aware of what it takes to perform the job with patience and caring.Lily fulfills all of the requirements and should be given credit and perhaps kept in mind for a promotion.

      Bought an extended warranty for my ** refrigerator back in 2021. About a week ago our freezer door wouldn't close all the way. Called CPS and they had an ** tech out the next day and they replaced the rails and seal on the freezer door and everything is working great. Easiest warranty claim I have ever made with any company. Highly recommend their warranty service.

      This company is terrible and a scam. Bought an extended warranty with this company for a Kitchenaid dishwasher. Dishwasher stopped working after three years. Called to file a claim which they did promptly but then they wanted the original bill of sale, serial number, description of the problem, a picture of the serial number and model number, and a video of the problem. The video shows nothing. I gave a description of the problem originally. They wanted the video uploaded on a specific page they provided. I couldnt upload the video and it said fix the problem below but gave no indication of what problem or how to fix it. I sent an email with all the information they wanted. I got no response so I called several times but was unable to speak to anyone. No one returned my calls. After a week and a half of getting no where, I went and bought a new dishwasher. This company rips people off and has no intention of honoring their warranties. They should be sued out of existence. A class action law suit should be brought against them and all the people who bought extended warranties reimbursed. Terrible! Stay away.
