      I must say Lily was very professional and was diligent in helping me. My records were not coming up, but she stayed with it and got to the bottom of it. She was very patient, pleasant and professional. Not always what i have gotten in the past with other agencies. Keep up the good work.

      I called CPS to register my Washer. I talked to ****** and she was very helpful. She helped me through the process and mentioned that I needed to upload my invoices (orig. & update one) to her or the link that was sent to me in an email. The process was pretty easy. ****** sent the emails fast and now I am registered. ****** is truly an asset to this company. She was informative, polite and a pleasure to talk too.
